Schiphol airport breakfast. One till open out of four. Took longer than security. Sandwich went cold. I saw a lady pay 63 euro for herself and child. Then they charged her for ketchup. Really?

Absolute terrible customer service from the Jamie Olivier product team. The quality of my Jamie Oliver steak knife set is so terrible I can actually not use it. I will never buy another product in this brand as support is non- existent and one simply do not get a reply.

Jamie oliver, do you taste the garbage you pass off as food at the shell garages? Just tried a chicken and mushroom slice expecting chicken pieces and slices of mushroom (like ginsters do) and it was a putty with no seasoning with soggy pastry. Even Tesco value slices were better and you’re meant to be a professional chef? I could barely manage 3 bites before my taste buds threatened to put you on the Michelin star blacklist!

Just literally bought a all day breakfast wrap, absolutely sh*te!!
Bland, hard bread and lack of sausage/bacon! Just basically rubbish scrambled egg with bread and red sauce. £4.19 i just spent on that, wouldn't touch it ever again, even if i hadn't eaten for 4 weeks and that was the last thing left, disgusting!!!! He needs slapping for even trying to put that dog s**t on the shelves! Robbing c**t

Just bought a all day breakfast wrap and it was bland no taste and the wrap was hard, I could not take a bite out of it potato on it was undercooked, just a disgrace in my eyes you should feel ashamed

I have never bothered to write a review for anything before however this product is so poor and so overpriced I feel compelled to.

The sauce has very little taste and if it had been served to me in a restaurant I would have sent it back.
DO NOT BUY THIS EVEN IF IT'S REDUCED TO HALF PRICE AS YOU WOULD STILL BE OVERPAYING!!!

Tried jamie's 123 dish, veg tray bake, butternut squash and tomato sauce and the lemon and herb chicken. Unfortunately the lemon and herb chicken was completely inedible, like chewing string! Never had chicken of this texture before!!! The rest of the meal was quite nice so such a shame! Would never try this again and will be passing this on! Very disappointed, surprised Jamie Oliver is putting his name to such poor quality ingredients! The worst texture chicken ever!!!

I bought Jamie Oliver secateurs for cutting up chicken wings for my dog..
They lasted about 4 months..I contacted a Jamie Oliver site by email voicing my concerns and was told they would look into it..I waited and waited for a month or more and no response so I emailed them again and they said they have forwarded the email to the manufacturers..well that was 6 months ago.and im still waiting for a response...I would not recommend this product and poor after sale service..very disappointed and I will never buy a Jamie Oliver product again

I'm writing as I'm watching Jamie's together program. I would really like to see his table spoon.
Making a curry - 2 table spoons he says. It's a full handful.
Then cooking the rice - just cover it he says. Water is about an inch above the rice.
Non of what he says is what he actually puts in his dishes. I used to like him but after watching some of his latest cooking programs I'm not sure how to take him anymore.

I have just found a sharp piece of plastic!!!!in one of your chicken and stuffing sandwiches if a child was eating it they would have choked absolutely shocking I will never buy your products again !!

I am watching Jamie Oliver cooking on his tv show...he has a VERY UNHEALTHY habit of REALLY LICKING his fingers during the cooking process. Would never eat his food. Ugh! Simply nasty.

Seriously disappointed! Mr Olivers product packaging. recently purchased fresh pasta meal kit. AWFUL packaging. Nothing was recyclable. Not even the deceiving outer paper bag! I am not generally an angry person. But the lack of effort made by Mr Oliver to help protect the planet and reduce plastic waste has made my blood almost boil! All of his spin about healthy kids and good food falls by the wayside. Especially considering he has a large family that will inherit what his products leave behind! His children may swim past some of his packaging in the future! This is my first review ever. Mr Oliver I will not be buying any of your products again. You need to try much, MUCH harder. Clearly its all about the money. I tried to leave a review on Jamieoliver.co.uk. That's not possible. So I will be writing in the old fashioned way in the hope you will respond with positive plans for the future. Sad times.

Have tried two Jamie Oliver pasta meal kits and they taste OK but it is just as easy and quick to make from scratch. The reason I can't buy any of these products again is that the 'paper' bag is plastic coated on the inside. The pasta, sauce, grated hard cheese (2 packets of this) and breadcrumbs all come in their own plastic bags. None of this packaging is recyclable. This demonstrates a complete disregard for the environment and so Jamie Oliver establishes himself as part of the problem that society needs to solve.

JO sausage rolls no no...got food poisoning yesterday from eating a JO sausage roll brought from shell garage off a12/m25 Brentwood..
Sat on my guts for 7 hours before I was finally sick and overcame with fever. . Just spend 12 hours in bed sleeping is off... never again....and I would had given zero if I could....

So day 3....turns out I got salmonella from sausage roll...so far 3 says of stomach cramp, 3 days of tiredness, 3 days of not being able to eat my food.....compensation claim on the way....reported to food standards... Jamie you should be ashamed adding your name to this so call food....

If I could give less than 1 star I would, I’m a 44year old single guy. Probably the best placed to buy these products as sometimes eat on the go.... So I have tried the sausage roll, pure salt and couldn’t eat it. I’ve tried the cheese pasty, threw it in the bin no idea what is in that and tried the chicken tikka I think it was that was even worse...

What the hell have you tried to create, all of the foods are completely inedible...

The food was just ok. I had spaghetti carbonara and it was not best. To be honest it was little tasteless. My boyfriend had burger and the bun was dry. So i was not very impressed for the price we paid.

I would give 0 ! No vegetarian options , only cheese and onion , no variety ! nothing vegan ! But tones of meat option ! A absolute fail for me ! I though Jamie Olivier want planet conscious?

The Jamie Oliver spiralizer. Absolute rubbish. Product does not work. What a waste of money.

We have now tried a few items from the Jamie Oliver range from the Shell garage:
Bacon rolls - bread was dry and solid and the bacon was the cheapest, thinnest piece you could get.
Sausage roll - no idea what the meat was, but it was disgusting and repeated on me all night.
Chicken slice - the most awful sloppy filling I have ever tasted.
I don’t usually write reviews, but Jamie you need to go and try them as I wouldn’t want my name associated with them.
