Beautiful flowers and wonderful hatbox. Would recommend and will be buying from Jane Packer again. Although slightly pricey definitely worth the money!

Crushed and broken on delivery
I have been a regular purchaser from Jane Packer for a number of years and was so disappointed by my recent purchase.
The flowers, a birthday gift, arrived crushed and with a number of broken stems and the usual hatbox holder was damaged.
The packaging was sadly inadequate.

We're very sorry that the delivery was damaged by the DPD courier and totally understand that the delight in sending and receiving the gift of flowers was totally diminished due to this.
Although it is probably of little comfort to you in this instance, damage by the DPD courrier of our flower deliveries is very rare, and when it does happen we take this up with DPD immediately in an effort identify what went wrong and how to erradicate this from future deliveries.
