Beautiful flowers, even nicer than advertised online. My mother was thrilled to receive them. They arrived in a timely manner and were fresh and in a beautiful elegant cardboard box. Presentation is everything, and Jane Packer Delivered exceeds expectation every time! Happy Client who will order time and time again! Thank you for bringing joy to people's lives!

Not up to your standards of the past for the price and the box is gone. My local florist produced a far better bouquet for less. Sad

Not sure what I was expecting considering the price, but was very disappointed when the flowers arrived, box was damaged and the flowers seemed withered. I wouldn’t order again as they are far too expensive and not worth the price.

Whilst your courier delayed the original delivery, your response and rectification were first class! The flowers were beautiful and the recipient loved them. Thank you.

I have used Jane Packer for a few years now. Beautiful flowers. Pricey but well worth it. They arrive in excellent condition, full bloom and vibrant. This is brilliant if you want them to arrive on the day of the special occasion and have the desired effect, no waiting for the flowers to perk up. Requested morning delivery and they arrived on time. Ordering via phone or online is smooth and easy. So far, great experience!

The delivery of the flowers was a day late than i requested , therefore missing the birthday ,
Also they did not look like Jane Packer flowers , looked like M&S , but three times the price .
Will not be using them again .

The woven box and flowers were fantastic.
This is the second hatbox of roses I have purchased and both times I have been really impressed with the quality of the product.
A nice addition would be to a perhaps a small note in the package to detail the name of the types of roses used in the arrangement, this would add a level to what competitors provide and give the recipient a greater connection to the gift and the product the company use.

Jane Packer customer services are fantastic and really responsive. I had a slight issue with the previous order which they immediately resolved and my daughter received a beautiful hatbox bouquet of white roses and chocolates. Thank You Jane Packer Customer Care Team and the delivery man.
