This disinfectant has a great smell. After it's applied it has a light mint smell that isn't overpowering. We use this in people's homes after cleaning for a nice fresh touch besides the disinfection properties. The cost is low too. Thank you Janilink!

I was happy with the prices and products offered, but soon after the experience went downhill. A day after I placed my order I was told they were out of stock of one of the two items I ordered. They gave me choices for a replacement item. I chose one, because I needed the product. When the package arrived they had sent too much of one item and not enough of the other. The second product came in two pieces, but only one was sent with no indication that we were receiving a partial shipment. When the help line was called they said we could expect to receive the second part in three days, which indicates to me that it had never been shipped. They also wanted us to repackage the extra item and send it back once we received a return authorization from them. For the $20 I saved, it was not worth the headaches.

I purchased 3M Easy Scrub Flatmop Starter Kit. I am very happy with the value. Janilink has the best price I have seen. I have not used the product yet but my friend has one and it looked so easy to use.

The only negative: I realize that Janilink sells chemicals and therefore probably the reason for a person over 21 needing to sign for the delivery but for orders like mine that involve no chemicals it would have been nice for that stipulation to be waived. I did not know about it when I ordered (maybe it's on website but I didn't notice it) and since I work during the day and my teenage son was not allowed to accept package I had to make arrangements to pick up pkg at a fedex office.

The delivery delema is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

The product has always been up to par and I have ordered from Janilink on numerous occacasions. This last order took almost two weeks to received and a week before I had a shipping estimation.

The solution actually works.

Not meaning to be personal, but my health condition
causes a problem where the places in the house where
I am at the most require to have the shampooer used on
almost frequently, so just 1/4th tank of the apple enzyme
deoderizer cleaning solution and the rest of the tank of the
bissel little proheat filled with water then press the trigger
to release the needed amount of solution onto any area
that needs it the most, eventhough the shampooer collects
the waste that has soiled the area and area is cleaned good,
a little sprinkle more of the deoderizer cleaner over the area
after the area is cleaned, it will leave a great scent to where
it would seem like the area has never been dirty.

Yes so far the apple mania deoderizer cleaner can not only
be used in a small shampooer, but it can be used in other
kinds of shmpooers as well because how I know that is
that me and my caregiver have a big shampooer as well
eventhough there has to be a different amount of solution
and water in it from the smaller shampooer that we have,
but it still works great and once I have enough money again,
I am ordering another gallon of either apple mania or other
scents of deoderizer cleaner that I have not tried yet.

So far I have been extremely pleased with your company. I haven't used the product yet, we are waiting for our concrete to cure. I will get back to you when I use it.

Very solid product! Shipping of the drill attachment scrub brushes was definitely quick! The brushes actually worked! My experience with janilink was great! Packaging of the product was excellent!!

Nice people, I think they need more experience or training though. They messed up my order a few times. They take the money out of your account, but don't send you the invoice until many days later. They did have exactly what I was looking for, and are very good products.

I ordered the product on Tuesday, I am a 1 day delivery from Atlanta, the product was not shipped until Friday despite the sales rep telling me it would ship Thursday. They notified me of shipment on Friday, when I called to find out why it wasn't shipped on Thursday, they said I should have payed the extra fee to get the 2 day service. I will NEVER buy anything from Janilink again. The sales reps are rude and the manager hung up on me. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering something online. Terrible way to do business.

The products are very good, however I wish the website listed products by the case. I would also like to see more direct links from the home page to the floor stripping products. Product description is very clear. Ordering is very easy. Great company to do business with. Great products.

Calling Janilink is like calling the welfare office or worse. I called one time and a guy picked up in a monotone voice very quickly said I think the name of the company and told me that they would have to call me back because they were on lunch. No problem, everybody goes to lunch but if they are not going to accept phone calls at a certain time atleast put that information on the website so someone doesn't call only to talk to someone that sounds like they want to kill themselves. Then I called back to correct and verify my order that I put in and was told to simply wait for an email showing the changes, which came days later. Products came to me at a great time and were in a excellent condition but honestly I don't know how they are still in business with that level of customer service.

Been searching locally for a wax applicator forever. Up until now I could do it on my hands and knees. Not anymore! Older age crept in. Haven't used the applicator yet, but, I did inform a certain few people I know. That........Happiness is getting a new wax applicator" Thank you , thank you. Carole

Material was back ordered and delayed by several weeks. Promises of return phone calls were not met. Left on hold for over 10 minutes several times. Never any mention of a way to expedite the order or replace with different item. Would probably not order from them again.

It was just what I needed to fix my machine. Quick shipping, good product

I have received my order in good time but one item was damaged. The handle for my mop head was bent. The package contained handles for 2 things and was in fine shape. I am sure the handle was bent before it was packed in the box. I sent an e-mail to ask for instructions about exchanging it but have not heard back yet.
