I had some difficulty in Finding & filling in the correct form. I would suggest
that the information you need for placing an order should clearly say so and have only one page to to fill in.
I had to ask Lex to assist me, because I had filled in about three pages
which was not seen.

This review you have left us is completely unfair and incorrect.
You placed the order on 17th October and all items were in stock and were dispatched by courier on the same day, 17th October.
According to the DPD website an attempt was made to deliver the order on 18th October and as there was nobody at the delivery address to accept the parcel.
The message reads "We were unable to deliver your parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery; we left calling card number 81200320".
Another unsuccessful attempt was made to deliver the order on 19th October and again a card was left, calling card number 81200276.
The DPD website then shows this message on 20th October "As requested, your parcel will be at our Havant depot for you to collect at 08:00, on Sat 21 October 2017"
The website then shows that on 23rd October the parcel was refused as it was damaged which most likely happened due to the amount of times it was transported to and from the depot when the courier was unable to deliver the order due to nobody being at the delivery address to sign for the delivery on two occasions.
The parcel is now on it's way back to us.
