So you look at the price its average fair enough, Then they stick excessive handling and vat on that so a £15 product turns out to be £30 with all the hidden costs I for one will not use them again or recommend them !!

Our prices are clearly shown on our website before and after vat. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the vat as it is a government tax.
Our delivery charge is £5.95 plus vat which is for the cost of the courier to deliver the parcel on a 24 hour service. You placed your order just before mid-day, it will be dispatch with the courier today and as it is Friday it may not be delivered until Monday as the couriers do not usually deliver on Saturdays. If you had ordered Monday to Thursday you would have received it the next day.
Your order was £16.94 plus postage and vat. Total £27.47. You have the option when you get to the checkout to cancel the order if you feel the postage charge is too much for you to pay.

We feel that your review is very unfair and untrue.
You placed the order on Thursday 14th January and on Monday 18th January a member of our staff rang and spoke to a lady explaining that we were waiting for delivery of one of the items you had ordered. We explained that it should be with us by the middle of the week and then we would dispatch your order. She said it was fine as she needed the order by the end of the week.
We then rang yesterday (20th January) to say that the item had arrived and to arrange delivery but there was no answer so we left an answer machine message asking you to ring us back. You have not returned our call and we are due to deliver your order to you today.
Therefore, in response to your review, we have communicated twice about the order and you placed the order a week ago today, not over a week ago. We have attempted to arrange delivery but you have not responded.
