Very disappointing
The service was terrible. All they did was make a single phone call to the train company where I left my backpack, and that was it. It's not worth it! And I even paid for express service! It's awful... avoid this service; they just want your money!

They keep both the fee you pay and the items you lost!
I have paid the fee to get my lost item sent to UK, after good communication and the retrieval of the lost backpack, I have been charged with the fee and the bag has never been sent, they sent legit pictures of it but did not send it, they are holding it for some reasons, now are being non responsive to the emails and texts sent, will go through legal measures to have compensation so do not use this service as it is a scam they keep your items and what you paid
