Disappointed with one item but good customer service and received a replacement today.
I have sent an email about the damaged calendar I received and am awaiting a reply. The calendar was NOT adequately packaged and I believe that is the reason for the damage. I have ordered many items from this company and this is the first time I have had any complaints.
After reading the reply from Jacques of London I contacted them again (using the email supplied in the reply) I received an immediate reply and today received a new one in perfect condition. I’m assuming there was a problem with the in house ‘contact us’ as I have always had brilliant service in the past and all of the products (at least 20 in the last 2-3 years) have arrived promptly and in perfect condition. All of my purchases have been very popular with the recipients.

Ferris wheel arrived faulty. The cross bars are all parallel but sloping. My disappointment is with the lack of response from you. I intended to purchase more toys as Christmas presents but the silence from your customer care department and the strange lack of a telephone number for your company has me concerned about your credibility.

Very Disappointed
Unfortunately, the thumb holes to slide open the dominoes boxes are very crudely finished. I will have to remove the clear wrapping and sand them to avoid splinters. They are meant as gifts!

My aeroplane went AWOL !
I ordered 2 items pending the arrival of my 2 year old granddaughter to stay with me for several days. One of the items was the wrong item .The missing item was an aeroplane which I needed pretty urgently . The customer services department were very efficient at dealing with the problem and an aeroplane was dispatched post haste and arrived during my granddaughters stay with me. She was very excited to unpack it and play with it. Very pleasant to have such a positive outcome when dealing with a customer services department.
