Great service
Jaycee Trophies were professional, personable and very helpful. Even when I wanted to amend and add to an order they tried their best to help me. Sadly what I wanted couldn’t be achieved on glass but they tried their best to help. I thought due to the hold up my order would be late but arrived in 2 days, and was beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service and they always send proof before any customer engraving work is done to make sure you’re happy with the design and for any further additional details such as layouts etc. I’ve used Jayceetrophies a few times now and I’ve never been let down by the quality of their work and products and it always looks so much better than the proof they send you.
Will continue to use Jayceetrophies in future highly recommended to anyone who wants medals, awards done.

Initially there was an issue with emails reaching my work account, however Jaycee Trophies were fantastic and helped me to receive the proofs and got the order through in time for my event.
The trophies arrived in perfect order and even had a bag of Halloween sweets to boot!
