Short shipped product again
Short shipped again. For the 4th time. Due to many instances of being short shipped on orders I was making things easier for JB Tools and ordering only one product per order. I figured it couldn't get any easier. This still seems beyond their capability.
I ordered four cases of product, 48 cans with individual weight 0.97lbs. JB Tools shipped a 1 of 1 package with ship weight (including packaging) of 26lbs. So, only half the order shipped.
The short ship was raised with their support desk under their ref 893845. JB tools closed the complaint after claiming all 48 cans shipped (a physical impossibility) and ignored all further correspondence which included package and shipping label pictures.
I have progressed to raising a complaint with the payment company. Though they tend to AI a shipment received and then reject any claim. Clearly this works in JB Tools favour but I am persistent.
Follow UP
JB Tools have offered a 50% refund on the non shipped part of my order order if I return the 50% delivered by them. I'm not sure if they think they are dealing with an idiot or they are taking the piss.
PayPal refunded the non shipped items after 3 weeks of several submissions, three conversations stating the same point. The process is designed to grind you down.
