The JC Taylor sales agent was very helpful today and completed the adding of my newly purchased classic car in less than 15 minutes. I have been a customer of JC Taylor for over 20 years and recommend them highly to anyone insuring their classic, custom, exotic pride and joy. Their customer service and extremely competitive policy pricing is tops in the industry. Thank you JC Taylor for being there and providing automotive enthusiasts like me with the vehicle coverage we need!

It's a busy world and you guys take the sting out of rich man's problems. Especially poignant during the retirement years.
The sting is being ignorant about putting your antique up in mothballs and putting off critical paperwork 'til Spring.
Things are back on track with autopay.

It was a great experience and Christina was great at explaining the coverages and how they compare them to your current regular auto insurance policy. It was easy and within a great time and make you have peace of mind that your classic car is covered properly of its value that both parties agree on, unlike your regular insurance policy plan will only cover your classic vehicle for Kelly Blue Book Value.

The representative was very helpful and professional. The only problem I have with JC Taylor insurance is I had a small claim for $250 for a rollback to take my car to a the garage or I had a lot of work done on it. By not calling JC Taylor they would only gave me $125. But I saved him probably $700 by going to a garage which I knew the gentleman that had to roll back don't think this was quite Fair.
