Overall very good process. They make sure they can finance you before you fall in love with a car. Sometimes you wonder why you give all your information first but in the end it allows for the best educated decision.

Dave in service always goes the extra mile to help you out! I was very worried about how things were going to go because financially I couldn't afford costly repairs when brakes went out. Dave did everything possible to keep the cost low and make sure I was safe. He came out to frequently explain what was going on and answered any questions I had. He made me feel less worried. Danny the technician that usually works on my car is great and always very friendly and takes excellent care of my car. They even had a service trainee that was here for the Columbus location and he was very friendly as well. The service department here always takes care of me and gets me going without hurting my pockets too much.

Maumee location has fantastic customer service and Sherrie and vick were great they helped me get into a vehicle that I loved.

Sherrie was amazing! I was very frustrated due to some issues with accessing my pay stubs. She was polite, positive, and she figured out a way around my issues. I would definitely say with how hard she works to make your customers happy, you should give her a raise! Overall she made buying my very first car awesome and the milestone it should be. Super friendly, honest, and quick to respond

Brought my car in for an oil change and it was done in about 30 minutes. Very fast service. The service manager was very friendly and helpful. They checked all my fluids and tire pressure also. I’m very satisfied with this service.

I'm a little disappointed because I know I was past my oil change date that's why my check engine light came on but the thing is they changed my oil and never said one thing about my check engine light so it's still on I not sure if they should have been reset because of the the oil change or is something else is wrong but nobody said nothing at all so what is the service departments job I bought my truck from there and that's why I bring it back I thought I was getting top service because that's what they made believe when I talk to the head of service when I got my tuck so rrall disappointed 😔
