Unfortunetly 1 top didn't arrive even…
Unfortunetly 1 top didn't arrive even though the tracking said it had been delivered.
Another top still contains the security tag.
I have not had the time to get in touch with jd sports to sort this so to be fair they haven't been given the chance to rectify the issue. Just frustrating, I dont have the time to chase things up!

Waited in the shop for a whole hour…
Waited in the shop for a whole hour whilst they tried to find my parcel. Left without the parcel because they couldn’t find it. Had to come back in the next day when they’d magicked it up

Online order for mens trainers
We were told 3 to 5 days for the delivery and told we would receive a email when arrived.
We waited quite a few days more than a week nothing so we went to JD sports to check they were in the back was not sure why we didn’t receive any email to confirm.

I like my purchase
I like my purchase. But I had to pay an extra £12 to have them altered to fit. It would help if track suit bottoms came in variable sizes not all person have extra long legs.

Refund
I had to return a pair of trainers too big for me and I’m waiting for my refund. I received the email confirming they received the item and I should receive the refund in 3-5 days and I did not receive anything. I’m disappointed.
