Was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday then got message saying it went to wrong depo so won't be delivered till Friday really needed it for Thursday so really disappointed

I never received the item
I never received the item! It took 3 ridiculously long attempts to get through to customer service who told me the item had been delivered to the wrong store a week previous. Still waiting for an update on the tracking to actually let me know though. Major fail JD.

Over half my order was cancelled because you decided that the items that were in stock at the time of ordering was no longer in stock so the whole ordering experience from you was very disappointing and has put me off ordering from you again
