Part of my order didnt arrive. No contact from JD about it and when I contacted them got a very blasé response of apologies it will be refunded for you to reorder. Not even an offer of free postage when reordering.

I spent 45 minutes in the store to return an item. Most of the staff members seemed unfamiliar with their tasks, and the manager requires additional training. My visit to Bluewater DJ was a complete waste of time.
