Disgraceful service
Ordered 6 things online, paid for them and got confirmation email.
10 days later get an email saying 3 items are now out of stock and 3 days later another email saying a further item is out of stock as well.
3 weeks from ordering and have still not received the remainder of my order.... terrible service!!

I recieved an email 25.08.26 saying my order had been delivered. It wasnt delivered. After filling in the declaration to state ive not recieved the goods ive paid for its still not been dealt with by customer service. Abysmal service i wont use JD again.
