I was waiting for more than 7 days for my shirt to be available for collection. No updates on the app, no email updates, and no updates on the "track your order" website. I decided to go to the store and ask them, and apparently, they had it there the whole time but forgot to scan it.

Order cancelled and no refund received to dateDespite emails to tell me the product…
Despite emails to tell me the product had arrived at the store for click and collect, staff could not find it when we arrived. I waited for almost an hour while they searched and contacted customer service. They then informed me that they needed to cancel the order as it wasn’t available and the money would be refunded. Nearly a week later I have not received the refund or any communication about it.

Poor communication
Poor communication
I orders for same day pick up granted it was late but i didn't receive pick up until 2 days after ordering and 1 after i collected.
Not the first time its happened either.

Couldn't fulfill my order
Ordered 5 Nike t shirts. After 3 days of ordering I received an email stating that 2 of the t shirts were out of stock. The 2 items I needed the most.
I'll shop directly with the brand in future.

Returned my order of £215 nearly 4…
Returned my order of £215 nearly 4 weeks ago and still haven't received a refund. Contacted JD multiple times via the online form and they haven't replied. Calling is pointless and you'll have to wait minimum 2 hours just to get a human agent. Return in store if you can, this is appalling.
