Would give zero stars if I could.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Ordered something on a Friday and paid promptly. Got confirmation emails from both JD Williams and Evri straight away
Don’t hear anything all weekend.
Just checked (it’s now Tuesday) and the order has been cancelled with absolutely no warning or explanation but they’ve taken my money all right! I’m now having the agg of getting a refund through the bank. Will never use this company ever again and I will warn as many people as I know to avoid them too. Poor show, very poor show. AVOID.

No stock to back up orders.

On Friday they had a large stock intake of jellycats. I ordered 10 different ones.
I was really happy as some of them I'd wanted for a long time. I went online this morning (tuesday) to find
EVERY SINGLE ONE CANCELLED !
I didn't receive any emails informing me either. This didn't just happen to me.
Shockingly bad service from a big national company..
MOST DISAPPOINTINED IN THEM.

Poor service

8 days after placing order - tracking still said Evri are expecting it. JDW said Evri have got it! Order never arrived and account now states returned! Unreliable and won't use again.

JD WILLIAMS ARE CRAP

Just received two Keter outdoor storage boxes sent in battered taped over boxes. On opening them both have broken parts and now I've got to pack them back up and send them back. Only then, after 14 days I may receive money back. I thought they were a decent firm. Fool me. I should have known when the boxes were taped over instead of shrink wrapped when they arrived. UPDATE
I had the job of rewrapping these broken Keter boxes, they wouldnt fit back into boxes so wrapped the boxes around them. After numerous calls to I think agents in Africa? who had very little idea what to do they eventually sent a car to collect them. 3 weeks later a larger car turned up and we managed to stuff them in. It took, after numerous phone calls, 4 weeks more before we were refunded without even an apology.

"Bought" a Lego set from them for £350

"Bought" a Lego set from them for £350, three days lated got email saying the item is out of stock. Tried to check what can be done using online chat, but only got a couple of generic copy/paste responses from an agent Luleka Hopa, who simply left the chat without offering any help or resolution. Avoid at all costs.

I am shocked at the experience I had

I am shocked at the experience I had. I have never had such a experience before. I was sent used, dirty and stained scooters I ordered for my sons. They have most horrible costumer service who refused to help. Just wanted the items returned. Why send them out if they are used to begin with and after reading the reviews. It shows it has not been the first time. They want the costumer to go with all the trouble of collecting parcels and then having to repackaged to return. Never shopping on here again.

Avoid like a plague!

Business run just to scam people. Imagine your private details being stolen from some random website you used in the past being used to open a account and buy something for 200 pounds on JD. JD doesn't have a proper checks to filter scammers and is happy to give you a loan to sell you anything. You then get text messages that YOU owe JD 200 pounds. You contact them and they reply that they will investigate. They investigate soooo hard that after few months YOU start getting letters from debt collectors. WINNING!!! You can take it to the bank I'm not going to pay some debt I didn't create and I'll see you all in the court! If you are thinking about using them just don't. Business like that are only good when bankrupt.
