I just bought a set of JEGS SSR wheels

I just bought a set of JEGS SSR wheels, great price , with the caps that are supplied won’t fit my 1991 S10 pickup. No problem but disappointing, call them and had to buy taller center caps adding $50.00 to this purchase, they won’t exchange or acknowledge they need to put a foot note on their ad , buyer beware

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Had roller rocker bought from them. The rockers were thrown into the box with just a tray and tape. Needless to say the rockers were just being tossed around in the box. Called and emailed and never heard back from the email. I have to wait for my rockers to return to JEGS before I get my new ones. Put me back about 2 weeks on my build. Do me and yourself a favor and go to summit!

Absolute worst customer service and…

Absolute worst customer service and parts to ever deal with. Very long story, save your time and money and go elsewhere! I spent around $7000 with these knuckleheads and I will never spend another penny. I would give them the worst rating ever.

Be careful returning at the warehouse

Ordered a fuel pump and distributor. What was in the fuel pump box wasn't what what on the packaging or on the website. The distributor was on damaged one that someone else had returned. Still had that persons damage note inside. Spent an hour on hold to get Auth to return it to the warehouse which is closer than the retail store. Took parts to warehouse and got a replacement for the distributor but the whole run of fuel pumps must be in wrong boxes because the second one also wasn't what was on the box. So far not bad. We handed them back the fuel pump for a credit and purchased another completely different pump. We never received the credit so I called again. Basically it says we kept the second pump which we didn't. Why would I buy a second pump if I kept that one? Out 70+ dollars for the pump their records say we kept.

You people lie out your butt

You people lie out your butt. I called and talk to a woman that doesn't know anything . I was supose to get the item that I ordered on the 19 of Sept and was supose to get it by the 26th and didn't get it. So she lied though her teeth these people can't tell the truth. They are full of 💩. Don't buy anything from these people.

Chose one star because zero wasn’t…

Chose one star because zero wasn’t available. Don’t order from this company. I got the complete wrong part and have spent nearly two hours on hold but barely moving through the queue. Sent an email to customer report where I was told I’d receive a response in 24 hours. It’s been over a week. No response. My only choice is to buy a return label and HOPE they get it right next time.

Zero customer service.

Zero online customer service options. Nobody answers their phones. On hold for 2hours and 36min at this point. Started 53rd. Spent an hour as 24th, now 9th. Pretty sure people are just hanging up out of frustration.

Ordered a cam and kit in early July

Ordered a cam and kit in early July. Told it would ship August 12. Called customer service and told it would ship August 19 or at the latest the end of August. Called customer service at the end of August and was told that there was not an estimated time of arrival now! I need my parts to finish my rebuild on the engine, not a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Too Long to Wait on Phone for Help

Excessively long wait times to get to customer support on the telephone. I gave up waiting to talk to their "verification team" on a telephone order I placed, which I was clueless as to why it needed verification when I had just received an order from them that I ordered from their website.

I purchased timing chain for 07 Mustangs GT

I purchased timing chain components for 07 Mustang GT last year. Installed in August of this year . While installing cam phasers broke. Called Jegs first time they said they would reach out to manufacture and get back with email. No response no email after a week. Called again same response. 2 weeks no response again. Reached out to manufacturer got a response back from them within 2or 3 days they say Jegs needs to respond back to me. I will be taking my business to another company after this very poor customer service

Good deals… but purchase is risky!

Purchased an AWE with 180* drone cancellation for my Tacoma… guess what, it droned like crazy. I tried to return it within the 90 days (satisfaction guarantee) and they refused.

You might get a good deal via JEGS… but remember it is at a considerable risk. 1. If you don’t install it and return it you get hit with 15%. And 2. There’s a good chance they’ll refuse their own return policy listed on their site. Don’t be fooled by a good deal and false sense of purchasing security.

Customer support is horrible

I've ordered from Jegs in the past with no issues but now they seem very sketchy. I've been trying to contact customer support and have yet to get a hold of a human. Your put in line and when you're next up.... Click. Sorry but I won't be ordering from you again.

Jegs auto parts

Sold me a complete brake set from PowerStop. Charged me for the caliper cores front and back $142.
Went to return cores and was told they didnt accept cores. I would have to mail them back to PowerStop.
Ok, Lets do the math, I'd have to pay $60 to ship them and then hope that they accept them as repairable.
No other auto parts store operates this way. Dont buy from Jegs.

I ordered a cowl hood for my truck it took a min to save up the money $600 is alot I got the hood and it hade two dents right in top I try to get in touch with jeggs I get no reply back they don't give a rats ass I hate jeggs for that I will never buy from jeggs again I fixed hood myself so I could use it

I would just like to say that Jed’s has the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my life. I waited on the phone 45 minutes on my birthday, August 30 to buy my present for myself and then they picked up and then hung up this was after I was transferred to the ordering department and tactical support I’ve never been disappointed it more in my life with a service and the rude attitude that this company has for their customers I would urge everyone to take their business to summit, racing or speedway motors, or anywhere else besides this vendor as their service is disrespectful and unworthy of any kind of help and probably price gouging as well. I will never ever do business with this vendor again and I will be making formal complaints on a daily basis as they have wasted my time and was very disrespectful. do not buy from this vendor or you will be sorry just like I was

Ordered Gear drive for 302.After waiting on gaskets went to install an went it come to cam gear it was twice size shoulda been.Also came in bubble wrap gears were not in lube like brand new should look.Box was not sealed as well.

I bought a gas sending unit from JEGS and it was DEFECTIVE…

I bought a gas sending unit from JEGS and it was dead on arrival.... Called costumer service and sat on the phone for nearly an hour before someone helped me...
Told her the part I bought did not work and I wanted to send it back but I didn't want to pay return shipping cause it was a defective part JEGS sent me....
She agreed and emailed a return label to me......
Today I got a refund and JEGS deducted more money for return shipping than I paid to have it shipped to me......... Called JEGS back and I would have had to wait another hour to talk to JEGS so I hung up........
Buy your parts somewhere else cause JEGS RIPPED me OFF on shipping charges................
