I just bought a set of JEGS SSR wheels, great price , with the caps that are supplied won’t fit my 1991 S10 pickup. Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Had roller rocker bought from them. The rockers were thrown into the box with just a tray and tape. Needless to say the rockers were just being tossed around in the box. Called and emailed and never heard back from the email. I have to wait for my rockers to return to JEGS before I get my new ones. Put me back about 2 weeks on my build. Do me and yourself a favor and go to summit!

Absolute worst customer service and parts to ever deal with. Very long story, save your time and money and go elsewhere! I spent around $7000 with these knuckleheads and I will never spend another penny. I would give them the worst rating ever.
Be careful returning at the warehouse
Ordered a fuel pump and distributor. What was in the fuel pump box wasn't what what on the packaging or on the website. The distributor was on damaged one that someone else had returned. Still had that persons damage note inside. Spent an hour on hold to get Auth to return it to the warehouse which is closer than the retail store. Took parts to warehouse and got a replacement for the distributor but the whole run of fuel pumps must be in wrong boxes because the second one also wasn't what was on the box. So far not bad. We handed them back the fuel pump for a credit and purchased another completely different pump. We never received the credit so I called again. Basically it says we kept the second pump which we didn't. Why would I buy a second pump if I kept that one? Out 70+ dollars for the pump their records say we kept.

Sent an email to customer report where I was told I’d receive a response in 24 hours. It’s been over a week. No response. My only choice is to buy a return label and HOPE they get it right next time.

Too Long to Wait on Phone for Help
Excessively long wait times to get to customer support on the telephone. I gave up waiting to talk to their "verification team" on a telephone order I placed, which I was clueless as to why it needed verification when I had just received an order from them that I ordered from their website.

I purchased timing chain components for 07 Mustang GT last year. Installed in August of this year . While installing cam phasers broke. Called Jegs first time they said they would reach out to manufacture and get back with email. No response no email after a week. Called again same response. 2 weeks no response again. Reached out to manufacturer got a response back from them within 2or 3 days they say Jegs needs to respond back to me. I will be taking my business to another company after this very poor customer service
Good deals… but purchase is risky!
Purchased an AWE with 180* drone cancellation for my Tacoma… guess what, it droned like crazy. I tried to return it within the 90 days (satisfaction guarantee) and they refused.
You might get a good deal via JEGS… but remember it is at a considerable risk. 1. If you don’t install it and return it you get hit with 15%. And 2. There’s a good chance they’ll refuse their own return policy listed on their site. Don’t be fooled by a good deal and false sense of purchasing security.

I've ordered from Jegs in the past with no issues but now they seem very sketchy. I've been trying to contact customer support and have yet to get a hold of a human. Your put in line and when you're next up.... Click. Sorry but I won't be ordering from you again.

Sold me a complete brake set from PowerStop. Charged me for the caliper cores front and back $142.
Went to return cores and was told they didnt accept cores. I would have to mail them back to PowerStop.

Told her the part I bought did not work and I wanted to send it back but I didn't want to pay return shipping cause it was a defective part JEGS sent me....
She agreed and emailed a return label to me......
Today I got a refund and JEGS deducted more money for return shipping than I paid to have it shipped to me......... Called JEGS back and I would have had to wait another hour to talk to JEGS so I hung up........
Buy your parts somewhere else cause JEGS RIPPED me OFF on shipping charges................
