They sent the wrong part and the part…

They sent the wrong part and the part that they sent right didn't have the gasket it said it came with on the web. Customer Service sucks. You have to set on the phone for a minimum of 45 minutes. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Ordered an entire engine 9 weeks ago. Checking status, the order number and invoice number don’t even come up. Invalid. When Calling I’m number 56 in line. Are you effing kidding me? All has been paid for at the time order was placed 9 weeks ago.

No more JEGS for me!

Ordered brake parts for my 2004 f250. After ordering there was an issue with payment thru PayPal. I called JEGS and after a 2hr wait their representative reentered an order for my parts and again charged my PayPal.
When I received the parts, they were the wrong parts for my truck. After an hour waiting on the phone, JEGS couldn’t figure what went wrong and charged my for return shipping. I WILL NEVER USE JEPS PERFORMANCE ( RIPOFFS ) AGAIN.

Block has rust pitting, paint flaking

Brother ordered a complete engine and transmission package and what he received looks like a back yard engine builder did the work.
Engine block has rust pitting on the side, Oil pan is discolored and scratches all over. Water drain plug has rust around and it looks like silicone or something else bubbling around it.
Paint on the block flaked off in spots.
Brother submitted photos and
Customer service is Pathetic and claims No Liability for the condition it's in when received and said that's Normal.

I have ordered over 20 Brand New Complete Engines Never From Jegs. My brother placed this order and This is the first to get 1 that looks like this..
Engine was received Months after they claimed to be delivered

Another issue on the same $500.00 order

Another issue on the same order! After my first review of my interaction with Jegs, and being on hold for 45 minutes several days later I did finally get my $500.00 Louver for my Mustang, excited I set out the day to install it, and opened the box, good quality product, exactly what I wanted, issue? Zero hardware, zip, zilch, nothing. So I hit the phone to try to get hardware sent so I can install the louver, I was 99 in the line of callers, two hours and 15 minutes later I was able to speak to a very pleasant Representative whom I felt very bad for, for having to deal with irate customers angry about issues, so I was the opposite, and actually thanked her for her tenacity to stay with, and weed thru mountains of complaints, and angry customers. The rep was very nice and polite, and promised to have hardware sent to me, four days later, and 15 days after my original order, I still cannot mount my window louver to my car because the company doesn't care enough to service their customers, and hire enough help so reps like the nice lady I spoke of, don't have to put up with angry customers. Customer care is the heart of any business, without customers, all you are is a has-been. I am a 40 year Mechanic, and I will never buy here again, my hardware should have been shipped next day air emergency red!

Customer service is a disservice

Customer service is a disservice. 2 hour wait EVERY TIME I called. Plus I find out that the manufacturer of my rebuilt carberator that they went through WILL NOT provide return shipping cost,I have to pay it! It is almost as much as the core charge when all is said and done! I decided to just keep it. Never again.

Complete lack of customer service

***** DO NOT USE JEGS!!! *****
I realize customer service is horrible for most companies these days, but Jegs is in a class by itself. I've recently dealt with customer service for Jegs and my local cable provider... When your customer service is worse than the cable company, you know it's bad. Getting a straight answer out of them ultimately proved futile. I never did receive a response to multiple requests... All I was asking for was clarification. Crickets!!!

When things work out they seem good

When things work out they seem good. Then multiple parts that they gave no indication they didn't stock and only drop shipped from the vendor went on backorder, but of course only after receiving half the order (for the other side of the car). When I went to cancel the backordered part that would not arrive in time I had a 28 minute wait to connect with someone.

Shipping cost like a small boat

Seems don't want customers outside USA anymore. 331€ in shipping cost for 2 hose/lines and som small handtools. Buy for 199€ and got free shipping was a error on site and that i can accept. But take 331€ for such little package is ridiculously. I can send same package from Sweden to USA for less and 45€. Been never JEGS again and will tell all others I know to avoid them.

I got my order in two parts

I got my order in two parts. First set of brakes and rotors arrived in prefect condition. But the order took forever.
The other set arrived a week later in a destroyed Fed Ex box. The only thing that was left in the box was my beat up rotors.
Contacted Jegs by phone and waited for MY TURN. 2 1/2 hours later, I was caller 17 in the wait list. Reached out on email about my missing parts two times and I still have not heard back from them!
Pay the few extra bucks and buy elsewhere!

Highly Unsatisfactory

Unfortunately, Jegs is no longer a good supplier in the auto industry. I ordered a gasket kit and waited a week for the shipping window to expire. When it did, I contacted customer support and waited in queue for three and a half hours. When my turn was up, I was informed that the kit was discontinued, and I should have gotten a notification that I never did. The representative was polite and apologetic, and the call was cordial. But if this is the state of matters, why not implement a call back option? That long of a wait only to be told my order, unbeknownst to me, had ben canceled is just the worst experience imaginable. I award no stars and advise to seek other vendors willing to step up.

garbage

garbage ! used to be good but lately I don't know .... I'm thinkingvabout going back 2 "summit racing" ....ordered a jegs mig welder, arrived damaged & currently been on hold for over 20minutes ! their "chat bot" customer service says hours are m-f 9am to 10pm however I have tried 3 seperate times and its now almost noon w/ no response ! I ordered an "aje" member w/ A-arms and that too was dented & beat up ! think they need 2 review their carriers because it's not working !

It should not take any business over…

It should not take any business over 1.5 hours to answer the phone. Each time I have to call customer service, this is the case. As of now I have been on hold for 1 hour and 32 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous and this will be the last part I ever order from this company. The wrong part was sent to me and it has been 2 1/2 days without an update on the correct part being sent to me.

Only a dumb ass would use a big block

Called to order parts, the guy that answered argued about what engine I had.. 1967 oldsmobile 425... he argued that he knows it's a small block chevy because "what dumb ass would use a big block in anything" yes, his words. Then refused to sell the oldsmobile parts... nothing but Summit or speedway from now on

Ordered some protectant and after several days get a email saying it’s back ordered for a month. You didn’t know it wasn’t in stock when your selling it? Come on. For such a big company this is garbage.

Jegs hands-down

Jegs hands-down, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I returned a product that I never received. Paid $144.28 for this product on June 6 of 2024. By June 20 I have not received a credit on my card. After waiting a hour to talk to their customer service I asked the operator why I haven’t received a refund. She told me that the product was lost in transit. Then she said to me, I will refund your money. I said great, and waited for the refund on June 24. I received my refund, but it was only for $129.29. so this is something that their Internet cannot help me with so I have to call customer service again. First time I called I was 60 in line to talk to a customer service agent. I called again and waited for two hours and one minute. I spoke briefly to the customer service agent told her what the problem was and then she hung up on me. My suggestion to you is to go through Summit racing. Never had a problem with them, you call Customer Service and you get an agent right away. It really makes you wonder about a company when they have so many people calling constantly to their customer service. Jegs hands-down is the worst aftermarket performance company I have ever had to deal with. Don’t use them, even when you get the product, it looks like it’s been through a gorilla orgy. I will never use this company again. I can’t stress that enough.!!

same wrong parts twice

I ordered some H-Beam connecting rods from them. After receiving my order I had to find out that the box, which showed H-Beam rods actually had I-Beam rods in them. I called JEGS. After being over two hours in line, I finally got to speak to someone. I explained him the situation and after sending him some pictures of the wrong parts, he agreed of sending me a return shipping label. He asked me if I want a refund or a new order of the H-Beam rods. I specifically asked him if they will doublecheck before they send me the new order. He said yes we will. Today I received the "new" order. I unpacked it and had to find out they send me the same wrong box. The box with the wrong rods was send out to me again. Now I'm again for probably two hours in line to get these returned. For sure for a refund. I will order somewhere else.

Worst company to deal with ordered a…

Worst company to deal with ordered a remote a week ago and they said I would receive it yesterday and they didn’t even ship it until yesterday so if you are in a hurry for your part you better go somewhere else so I am on the phone with them now and the recording says in #72 in line
