We wouldn’t have found our perfect home without Barbara. There’s no doubt about it. This is the 2nd property we have purchased in two years so as you can imagine, we have dealt with countless big name estate agents in Brentwood and have by far had the best experience with jenkins. With the help of Georgie our purchase process was plain sailing and took only 8 weeks to complete even during lockdown. If we were to sell in the future, Jenkins Property would be my first choice. We unfortunately lost out on our dream property 6 weeks ago when another buyer beat us to it. The buyer ended up pulling out of the sale (for their own reasons), and Barbara jumped on the phone with me immediately to let me know it was going back on the market and were we still interested. She was quick to set us up for another viewing, and shortly after our offer had been accepted!
We're first time buyers so we're new to the process, and Barbara has been excellent at guiding us through things so far. As a family we were very impressed with the service Jenkins Property provided in the sale of our property. From our first contact we were impressed with the level of personal attention given at every step of the process. Advice regarding preparing the property for sale was very good and in this particularly difficult Covid 19 year it was reassuring to have each viewing immediately reported back to us. Whilst I did not succeed with my offer, Barbara at Jenkins was honest, upfront and straightforward. Not pushy, no fakery, no BS. Which, having been dealing with Agents for a couple months now stands out as meriting a positive mention. I avoid certain agencies, whereas i'll keep an eye on those listed at Jenkins more closely going forward.
