Incredibly efficient in selling my mother's bungalow. I didn't even have to put it on the market! They very kindly did a valuation for probate and from that recommended the property to one of their clients who they thought might be interested and it sold within the day!
Couldn't be more pleased with the service that I received. I was kept fully up to date with the process and someone was always available to answer any queries that I had.
Highly recommended!

Consider very carefully before choosing to use this estate agent. Send a Rightmove message (which puts your status as a buyer, address, contact details) and be led a merry-go-round of calls to verify those details. Which the caller is not aware of. Despite them being on the enquiry...
I prefer the more professional, quicker, more efficient method of reading messages, responding, getting things done.

Oliver Reilley estare agents and particularly Melody Haynes, were very helpful, To the extent that we felt that if we asked Melody to solve a problem for us, she would do it .When we changed solicitors she quickly communicated with them and gave them the necessary documents. When is a first time buyer not a first time buyer?
Answer: when they declare at the point of ready to exchange, your “first time buyer” has a house to sell (back to their housing association).
Sarah, Mel, Oliver and the team at Oliver Reilly have been outstanding. You simply couldn’t ask for more determination, professionalism and tenacity to see my house sale over the line. And they did.
As for the “first time buyer” I do hope the little darlings didn’t get too stressed along the way. Egits.
