Sold my flat within 1 week of it going on the market, the team at Lanarkshire Law fetched a great price and marketed my property to a wide reaching audience. The demand and interest absolutely blew me away. But what blew me away more, was just how responsive, caring and customer focused the staff were at every step of the journey. People like Yyvonne, and Kerryann in the office, and my Estate Agent Hugh. They went the extra mile to address any concerns or questions I had throughout the process and I really felt at ease, in stark contrast to me when I was looking for a house/viewings with other estate agents who really fell short, Lanarkshire Law stood out by a long shot all the staff were likeable and really personable and they are the best in this area by a country mile !! I had a very good experience selling the property. The marketing was excellent and viewings were handled efficiently making the whole process far less stressful than I expected.

Paul was great when selling our home and everything was organised efficiently from start to finish. Paul carried out all our viewings and kept us up to date regularly. Our viewings were grouped together which made it easier for us as a family to be out the house. I would definitely recommend Lanarkshire Law.

We both had a fantastic experience working with LLEA for both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home. Hugh was by far a standout on our initial meeting to give us an estimate on our flat and took time to go through the full process.
