Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents Reviews

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team at Lanarkshire delivered amazing service and kept us UTD at every step. Would definitely highly recommend them.

I contacted LLEA in early September when we had decided to move. I was offered a free valuation, and Hugh came to the house on the following day. He was so nice and friendly, but professional. He stated the company's terms (which I thought were very decent) clearly, and also gave me some figures from the legal department for selling and buying property. This was very helpful in planning our budget.
A few days later we put a verbal offer on a house, and contacted Lanarkshire Law Solicitors to do our conveyancing. We also spoke to Hugh again to ask him to sell ours. The process was so smooth and painless. I only had to make the house presentable, and Hugh and the team did everything else. I was kept informed about all the steps. They arranged for the photographer and the surveyor to arrive at convenient times. The house was sold a week after it went online, and Kelly, who had been phoning me with updates, genuinely seemed just as happy as we were with the results. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend LLEA to anyone wishing to sell property.

Communication was very good and always pleasant and helpful. Very quick to carry out visits and advertise sale, home sold within a few days. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, service from start. Lovely staff who cannot help you enough taking all the stress away from you.
Kevin was exceptional, he went above and beyond and helped me so much with everything I had to know. A real credit to the company !

Highly recommend LLES for their, efficiency, mannerisms and being such nice people. Great team . Thankyou so much once again .

Really great company. Took the stress away & dealt with everything. So glad I chose these guys. Very professional.

Unprofessional, Dismissive, Indifferent, Arrogant, and Dishonest, Cost me Thousands for a service they screwed up and failed to deliver.

Trusted Lanarkshire Law to be realistic and honest, team were communicative throughout. This is the second property that I have sold with them. Would highly recommend.

Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents made the whole process straightforward and easy. They were professional in all manners of the process of selling

Great communication, friendly helpful staff, would highly recommend the company.

LLEA were very easy to deal with from start to finish. Super professional, I was very impressed with the dashboard set up immediately and easy to use, where I could track everything from viewers to offers. Pleasant and helpful people, proactive with arranging my keys, marketing, and coordinating between key people. Within a few days I had viewings and offers. Very impressed!

Lanarkshire Law helped take the stress out of selling my house. From the initial consultation, viewings and offers the advice received was sound and aimed at finding the best buyer and price. My house sold within one week of going on the market.

Excellent service, kept informed through the sales process. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

The whole team were absolutely fantastic from the moment all communication began. They have gone above and beyond to make sure our house sale was a success and as smooth a process as possible; all whilst keeping us calm and regularly updated in what is usually a very stressful time, for us it was as stress free as possible leaving up to the team to manage. We honestly couldn’t thank them enough.

It is always stressful selling your home but each and every member of Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents made everything straightforward and less stressful. From the first meeting to the actual telephone call saying the house is sold, I couldn’t be happier with every aspect of their service and would recommend to anyone asking for advise on who to use when selling their home.

We had the best experience working with LLEA! Excellent communication and marketing of the property which sold in less than 2 weeks! Thank so much to all the team - we’d highly recommend!

The commitment and professionalism demonstrated by the team was world class. If there was 6 starts i would definitely recommend for all the support demonstrated by this agency. Thank you again for the memorable experience and all the smiles.

LLEA went above and beyond
To help us sell our house. Thank you to Kevin,Hugh and staff who were also involved would highly recommend.

From the first visit by Hugh to give evaluation to conclusion of sale was seamless by a team of professionals. I was informed every step of the way. I liked that they had their own solicitors in there office which was an asset and contributed to the seamless transition of the sale. From start to finish very impressive all their hard work sold my house in a week. Would highly recommend. Great team and great service.

We chose this company and we’re glad we did. We were kept informed of exactly what was happening vis-à-vis the sale of our home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the viewings were conducted in a professional manner. I highly recommend Lanarkshire Law and Estate Agents to anyone thinking of selling their home.
