When is a first time buyer not a first time buyer?
Answer: when they declare at the point of ready to exchange, your “first time buyer” has a house to sell (back to their housing association).
Sarah, Mel, Oliver and the team at Oliver Reilly have been outstanding. You simply couldn’t ask for more determination, professionalism and tenacity to see my house sale over the line. And they did.
As for the “first time buyer” I do hope the little darlings didn’t get too stressed along the way. Egits.

I have been involved in the property market for almost twenty years and have worked extensively in the Newark area. Of all the Estate Agents I have had dealings with in that time Oliver Reilly is the one that stands out.

His professionalism is second to none, but it is his personable nature that really sets him above the rest. I have never heard a customer with a bad word to say about him; quite the opposite in fact. Oliver Reilly estate agents have been the most professional and yet emotive estate agents I have ever encountered.
I had an unfortunate experience with a Seller that was uncooperative with the sales process.
It was a very stressful time for me and the children and I want to express my sincere gratitude to Oliver and his team for their patience and understanding and support throughout.
Oliver did not benefit from the sale as I pulled out of the chain.
This did not affect his professional approach to the whole situation and I was beyond overwhelmed by the support given and understanding and empathy from Oliver and his team.

After over a year of attempting to sell a property with different agents I approached Oliver. The property in question was outside his usual area but he was keen and enthusiastic to give it a go. All I can say is I whish I'd of approached him sooner. The property completed sale on November 15th 2024 after only being on the market with him for around 6 weeks. He went above and beyond to secure a sale, dealing with all viewings although the property was an hour round trip for him.
Oliver gave excellent recommendation on how best to market the property to achieve the best price. I would suggest anyone struggling to sell speak to Oliver, his sale technique is excellent. After only 6 weeks of marketing he and his excellent team made more viewing numbers than two other agents had achieved between them in over a year. They also achieved more offers on the table.

Sold recently through Oliver Reilly Estate Agents - Oliver, Mel, and Owen all brilliant. Mel must have spent tens of hours on the phone to us overall through not fault of theirs but she was always great.
