Husband ordered 6 bundles of sweet peas over two weeks ago and still no show. He emailed and got a generated reply but nothing since. They obviously couldn’t care less about their customers. Will never order from them again. My advice? Don’t bother and order elsewhere! Abysmal service.

i am thinking that you will have to wait a considerable time from order to receipt,i ordered hanging baskets on 05/05/18 and as yet they haven't been dispatched,so one star for the long wait,i think they should specify the time lag in their advertising, that must cost lots.But i suppose would loose custom,be warned.

Ordered 280 plants on offer,EVERY one dreadful,leggy and too big for the cells I received them in,I sent an email 18/05/2018 and have not received a reply,all plants were put in green recycle bin as NOT fit for purpose,will not use them again,buyer beware.

Plants not too bad, but the customer service is a disgrace. I received an e mail stating they would reply within 3 working days. Still waiting 7 working days later. Spoke to someone today who was just not interested.
About as much help as an umbrella in a tornado.
My advice is " Keep Away " and deal with a company who care.

Lesson to be learned.. if it looks too good to be true then it isn't. Might be cheap to start with, but when you receive your poor plants, battered and weak, with leaves broken or withered, and some plants dead or missing, you would have been better off buying from a local shop. Delivery took two months for these poor specimens! Never again.
Useless company . . . what a WASTE of MONEY
Useless company . . . . take your money, then they dont fulfill your order. I have not received my full order and what did arrive was not in great condition. I have written to them twice via their website and yes. . . . No response at all . . . . So if you want to give good money to a company that doesnt send you the full order and what does arrive, is not only in poor condition though also the plants are sent some time apart, so you cant plant them all together unless you wait for them all to come which isnt helpful when they dont all come, and of course if you write to them, then that will be ignored . . . . You would be better giving your money to a charity . . . Though not Jersey Plants . . . totally useless
Disgusting company
Disgusting company. Won't answer emails and after long wait customer "service" useless. May get half your plants next week. I then asked about other order !!! Difficult question Uhm Errr seems as if they are still at the nursery being grown . When the first half of my order arrived, they would best be described as thimble plants, I am still trying to find a decent plant amongst them.
I would never ever recommend them to anyone Save your money SHOP ELSEWHERE at a place that treats customers with respect
Stealing your money
Ordered on 10th April but nothing has arrived. Telephoned on the 19th April (as there was no feedback from them) and told to wait a week. What utter shambles!!!!
Rang AGAIN on the 30th April only to be told they were due before the end of May. When pressure was applied we were told to wait another week. They clearly have no intention of delivering paid for items.
Absolutely appalling. Contacted Trading Standards and they are very keenly looking into this rogue company as they have seen the reviews from everyone else on TrustPilot.

I have now had a satisfactory resolution to my problem. So customer service is not abysmal but it was a struggle to get a fair and sensible resolution to my problem. Would I use Jersey Plants Direct again? Probably not.

Order plants weeks ago and no sign of them. Emailed them no reply. Plenty of advertising emails from them. I will not buy from them again. I would advise people not to waste their money purchasing from them.

Appalling company
Appalling company, I would not suggest having any dealings with them. Appalling condition of plants, appalling service. The first set of plants arrived via Yodel with boxes crushed, plants flattened (the driver rang the door bell and drove off). The plants were very small and yellow and upon complaint they admitted they had been sitting in the delivery chain for too long. The first employee (its a call centre not a nursery) didn’t even apologise and expected me to sort through the plants to see how many they should replace. I objected and eventually they agreed to replace them all 'urgently'. 5 days later, nothing had arrived so fearing Yodel was having problems I phoned JPD to be told they haven't been dispatched yet. They are on 'priority so ‘probably will be sent next week’ (they seem to have a lot of priority orders for replacements?). I give up. Nobody seems to want to take responsibility. It seemed a good idea to try this company but never again.
Customer Service Poor
My order for geraniums was confirmed by Jersey Plants Direct on 14 March along with the advice that they would be delivered shortly. They have not yet been delivered, I have emailed then twice and received a standard response email ensuring contact within 3 days. Guess what - still no contact. Extremely poor customer service.

£25 for a 2 plant hanging basket are you kidding me!? I phoned them prior to an order and questioned this because I thought it must be a typo. They said no and it was a popular choice.....clearly people have more money than sense (PROBABLY OLD, VULNERABLE ONES)!!!!! Look at the rubbish reviews and make your own mind up. If you still order after that than more fool you and buyer beware!!!

Plug plants arrived end of March even thought the web site says February - April. Package damaged, plants tipped out of cell tray, plants very small.
Some smaller than stated range of 4 - 6 cm. Many leaves broken off.
Managed to pot up nearly half of my order, but they do not look good!
"Cheap" plants? not judging by my experience!
I will stick to my local nursery at least you can see what is being supplied.
I want nothing more to do with this company!
Poor delivery arrangements
I've used Jersey Plants Direct for several years now, with no problems. However, this year they seem to be using Yodel for deliveries. Using Yodel's own tracking system, most of the packages I've received have been collected 5 or 6 days before and the plants have suffered. Most small plants / seedlings have recovered with TLC but they've been set back by 2 weeks. Also why JPD don't dispatch several lots together is a puzzle. I've had 5 deliveries all within the space of 10 days, which is wasteful and costly - wasted manpower, wasted fuel and wasted time - not to mention the inconvenience of having answer the doorbell 5 times.
