Bought 140 bedding plants after seeing MSE offer. Plants arrived in poor condition in minute plugs with hardly any roots. 10% were not fit to attempt planting. It is now 2 weeks since planting remainder and they are not doing well, with another 15% having failed. I have little hope for remainder.

I paid good money for awful plants and service. Took ages to come and came in dibs and drabs, very stringy when finally arrived, and condition awful, some parcels inside looked liked they’d been in a car crash!
Unable to get response by email had to phone! Cos of jersey cost myself a extra £1.25 ( out of plan) to ring CustomerService, did send a replacement by not a lot better. Won’t be using again.

Plants turn up dead, there customer service is rubbish. If you get a reply, Company has gone well down hill. Stear clear!!

Ordered two preplanted begonia hanging baskets after having excellent ones in previous years. Took several weeks to arrive with no notification they were on there way. Finally arrived two days ago. Packed well but most of the leaves and stems broken off. No flowers. So hardly any plants left. So disappointing after the long wait. Have written complaining with a photo and they have said they would send replacement plants but by the time I get them summer will be over. I would rather a refund to buy from a garden centre. Never will I buy from them again as they weren’t cheap.

Misleading ads talk about 'Jumbo' plants whereas plants are no more than plugs. Plants only fit for a doll's house unless you want to grow them on.
Poor value for money.

Very upset with this company, ordered 5 pre planted hanging baskets, paid just short of £70, 3 weeks later 5 small boxes arrive with flower plugs, have asked for a refund, will wait to see what happens, will try and get refund off credit card as I have taken a photo of the advertisement for pre planted hanging baskets and photo of what I received, 5 boxes of plant plugs, will never use this company again.

Did eventually receive both set of plants.
Very pleased with them once I received them.
Distinct lack of communication, emails not replied to, blamed on being understaffed!!

They just did not deliver the things I had ordered. Eventually got Jersey Trading Standards involved, who got an immediate promise the missing things would be sent that day to arrive by the next Wednesday. Of course, 1 of them did, but not the rest, so back to Jersey Trading Standards. The customer service reps are just abusive, and I can only assume they are waiting to be laid off.

Didn’t fulfil order in timescale advertised or communicate the delay as they claim they will. Took days to respond to email. Got refunded and then a week later a load of dead and damaged plants arrived. Hopeless.

Ordered plants, they didn't arrive. All attempts to contact them via their online form failed. Eventually got through by phone to be told they hadn't grown them yet. Waited over a month, phoned to cancel as I was going on holiday the following week. Was told I couldn't cancel as they'd already been dispatched but would definitely arrive before I went away. They didn't.

This is a scam company, operating illegally by taking your money for products they don't have. Don't be fooled.

received 24 geranium "garden ready" plants which looked fantastic in the picture but what arrived was a box of dried wilting leggy little plug plants with the suggestion that they may be better if potted on and kept in a greenhouse to encourage speedier growth .
what a laugh if it wasn't so expensive ,I wish I had spotted geraniums at Aldi a couple of weeks later earlier as they were magnificent healthy specimens large enough to put in beds or planters AND much cheaper

I guess readers of my review will wonder why 5 stars when many previous reviews are not so complimentary. This review is for a puirchase I made on 20/4/18 against an introductory offer of 2 pre-planted mixed floral hanging baskets + 2 basket pulleys + 20% off + free delivery = £19.98. I usually make up my own baskets but was intrigued.The baskets arrived 2 weeks later than expected but well worth the wait, each basket is excellent - all plants are maturing quickly, pulleys for ease of watering, two different baskets for variety. The plastic baskets are smaller than expected but still look very good on their hooks. Customer service were excellent so I just wanted to say well done to all at Jersey Plants.

Have used in the past and found them ok, but this year something seems to have changed, still waiting for plants 2 weeks after ordering (and they are still for sale on website) and customer response is "I imagine they will be sent sometime next week" ; very disappointed. Will find alternative Company for future business.

Ordered hanging baskets on 28/5. No communication and no answers to contact forms. Still no baskets. Don't mind waiting, as long as communication lines are open, but they aren't. Will be cancelling.

Mother in law bought £50 worth of plants back in Feb, cheque cashed a week later but she has never received anything. Phoned to chase up today and the lady said she couldn't find any 'record' of the order and someone would call her back.......still waiting!!!

Very disappointing, ordered 3 preplanted hanging baskets on 22 April, chased order few weeks later was told would probably be dispatched last week in May, two arrived today, they were well packaged, but on opening only to discover baskets held 3 very small plants in each, looked as they had been done by a 5 year old, broken and dead leaves etc. Certainly too ashamed to hang these, my neighbours have much superior baskets purchased at cheaper price from local garden centre, and in full bloom. Let’s see what the 3rd one is like when it arrives!

Had a bad experience with this company, spent £11.99 for 6 large live plants, received 6 tiny 2 inch tall and completely dead, no response from them, they don't answer the telephone, and I waited a month for my delivery, they should change the name and sell dry dead arangments, this should fit the advert they are using now, and fit in with the despatch times they are using.

LONG DELAY
2 hanging baskets of Heuchera ordered last week of April. Payment taken immediately from my card. No indication of how long this delivery would take. Everytime I called I was told next week, next week. I called again today (6 weeks after ordering) and was told they were enroute! I was told the delay was because they had to "grow them on". I have since purchased these plants from my Garden Centre some weeks ago - large and fully grown. I will not be using Jersey Plants again. No communication and dreadful service.

Won't be using this company again. Ordered 2 troughs one nice other awful. Wishing well also ordered, very poor quality and not finished, unable to fit top due to wrong parts supplied. Emailed twice and no response. This might trigger company to reply and have a little improvement in their customer service.
NO POINT OF HAVING ONLINE FORMS IF YOU DON'T ACT ON THEM.
