The main thing I simply must praise is your employee at your store in Glasgow, Jack. Incredible customer service. Everything I needed, he was there at every step. I will wholeheartedly recommend Jessops if this is your level of recruitment and training. Otherwise, no issues, appraisal of used equipment was precise and reliable. Thank you. A little ‘sweetener’ at actual moment of sale would have been nice but that’s just me! Excellent all round. Thank you. I’ll be back and will be recommending you to friends, family and others.

This latest purchase was my 3rd occasion over a period of about 15 years. The service was excellent as before and the staff although different now was as helpful as ever. It was a trade in and I was given a fair price. So no complaints and I l’ll still be going back when the time comes for my next upgrade.

I cannot thank the staff at this store enough. Their patience have been second to none. They have been patient and informative. I have taken a year and a half to buy a camera and each time that I have gone into the store they have taken a lot of time to help with my decision. Thank you very much.
