Good service, very friendly and professional.

Shopping in store was nice. Store was nice and staff very helpful. Not overly knowledgeable so couldn't answer all my questions. Great price and quick delivery to the store.

The young staff in this shop are so, so helpful to oldies like us with poor tech skills and the pensioner discount is a big plus. Can’t praise them enough.

Very knowledgeable staff! I'm so glad I decided to visit Jessops instead of buying a camera online, as they made the process so much easier and I benefitted from their broad experience in photography. The camera I bought as a result of their recommendation is not what I was originally considering buying, but is actually a much better solution. In fact it is the perfect camera for me!

My initial interaction with staff over the phone and then in store was lovely. Very friendly and knowledgeable. There was an issue with the delivery PIN code which delayed it, the same staff worked hard to resolve this. After a few delivery attempts I got my items. When set up the battery charger didn’t seem to work, again the same team from Glasgow Jessops resolved this really quickly, I had firstly done a live chat that was not as helpful as the store. Jack and Adam both displayed great customer service and I did feel they both wanted to help in any way they could .

Jack was very friendly and helpful Adam was informative but a wee bit rude they were all helpful thanks enjoyed my purchases.

Company policy in regards returning items is ridiculous. Once item (in my example camera body) purchased in store seal is broken item cannot be returned and refunded. Item was purchased late afternoon on 23.12 wanted to return it next morning after further looking into the item at home. It was not possible due to Jessops T&C's. Will never purchase from Jessops. I do not regomed the company as T&C's are simply way beyond acceptable. Nothing against staff in Store as they need to follow up on company's policies. But this is beyond not being able to open box and then return it if item was purchased in Store.

Visited Jessops to purchase my first decent camera and they were excellent. Understood my needs and it was much more painless than anticipated. Top marks.

Lovely atmosphere in the shop, assistant really helpful and other staff members really friendly too. Lots of good advice for the camera I bought for my granddaughter with offers to help her if needed.
