Very helpful staff. Purchased a DSLR camera a for a birthday present. Had no clue about what to look for in a beginner entry level camera. Rory was very helpful and informative.

Our sales rep was also a keen photographer which made their recommendations more practical and valuable. Very easy to talk to and keen to hear about our needs and past experiences.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Adam and Ben could not have been more helpful.

I ordered a canon 2x converter from Jessops which was delivered ok however I discovered that it would not fit my Tamron lense. That was my error so I contacted Jessops by phone and asked to return it. They emailed me a returns authorisation number and asked be to post it back which I did special delivery.

Jessops received the parcel but I heard nothing back so I emailed them, no response, a week later emailed them again, no response so I called them and was told that they had received the 2x convertor back but didn't know why the refund had not been processed but they would email me back, a week later nothing! I'm now travelling and can't call them so posting this review in the hope they actually take some action. Based on my experience I would not buy from them again.

Pete was amazing, I had been looking into upgrading to a Sony Camera for a while, I first came in a few weeks ago where he helped me with all the questions I had and talked me through the whole camera. When I came in to shop today, he helped us to finalise my decision and was super supportive and knowledgeable. Anyone looking to upgrade or get into photography I’d recommend going into Jessops Kingston and speaking to Pete.

John, who served me, was highly knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, attributes sadly sometimes lacking today where staff, due to poor training, can come over as indifferent or too eager to please. I hadn't actually intended to buy a camera today but his overall professionalism and easy manner put me in such a good mood, I did!

Would have been 5* if they hadn’t failed to realise that I needed different filters for the 67mm lens than the 55mm lens, and I had to purchase them subsequently from Amazon.

I just want to say that I would have bought this camera in a other store had he not told me that I can do so online.

I knew what I wanted and the assistant helped me buy exactly what I needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff at the shop were very knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what they were talking about; everything went very smoothly and satisfactorily.

Told today my camara and case was ready to be picked up , on arrival only the camera was there . Not making a second visit will go else where . Hate being mislead .
