Everything was great the only downside is the time of the flight home. Landing from Cyprus at 2.30 in the morning at LBA is not good. By the time we managed to get our suitcases and thena taxi home we didn't get in till 4.15, we were absolutely shattered. Perhaps a more convenient landing time would be better

Really enjoyed my visit to Benelmadena, the enjoyment began on the plane with the pilot's welcome speech (little jokes added in - probably the first time I've really paid attention to one of these). Stayed at the San Fermin hotel. It's in a good location, easily walkable to most things (though it is on a steep hill which didn't bother me, but might bother others), short walk to the beach, paseo, nice places to eat (try the restaurants in Bonanza square, just up the hill from the hotel). The room itself was a decent size, as was the balcony, but be aware that on the end room on the corridor, the balcony is directly facing the one opposite as the hotel is in an L shape. Luckily, the people on the balcony oposite mine didn't use theirs much or it would have felt weird sitting out there. The hotel grounds are lovely and well taken care of, lots of sunbeds under the palm trees, and the main pool is a very good size, good for swimming lengths in, and and was nice and deep. It went from shallowest end a 1.37m to 2.10m at the deep end - there is a baby pool and another plunge pool also. The hotel staff were there for whatever you needed, very helpful, and i enjoyed my stay.

A smooth experience from booking right through the holiday and arriving back home. It is so easy when evrything is all done in the one place all you have to do is go and enjoy your holiday

Assisted travel.recomended for those that have walking difficulty.its brilliant.im glad I found out about this.else I wouldn't go on holiday.simple to even travel alone.your taken through all the way either by electric scooter or wheel chair.once bags are in.u go straight to assisted travel check in then they take over from there.coming back from Spain seems to be the best.coming back from Corfu becareful.if you can do the steps coming off plane they can mistake you for being able to do steps getting off bus that takes you off the apron to the airport part.that happened to me.and the bus so high to step off.so my advice stay seated on plane.and don't do stairs at all if struggle with busses.thankbyou have safe journey.

We paid top price and were on the 13th floor. 3 lifts service that floor, 1 of those was out of action all the time we were there one of the remaining 2 went down for the best part of a day it was a nightmare breakfast and dinner,l did lodge a complaint to the manager he logged it. No spirits in the optics in the preferred room, Not worth the extra money it cost us. Refund the extra money we paid

We have tried several other hotels in Hisaronu but have returned to Pine Hills as it really has everything that suits us.
Great location for all shops, restaurants and bars. Also the dolmus stops outside for all local destinations.
The hotel although not for adults is generally free from families with children. The pool is very clean and goes from around 1m to 3m deep.
Usually there are enough sun-beds available for all guests who require one.
Rooms are small, a bit tired but are clean and have air conditioning.
The breakfast is Turkish only. No bacon, sausage, beans etc. Personally I can take it or leave it as I’m not a morning person!
There are many restaurants selling late English breakfasts outside for around £8.
We are not spring chicks but are young at heart so keep away from the crazy bars. Our favourites are; Oldies Head bar, Oh Yes bar, Hi 5, Paddy’s Irish bar, Paddy’s Lounge bar, and Bitters Bar.
Favourite Restaurants in Hisaronu are; Essence, Izzy’s, The Lokal and Piano Bar.
It’s a 15 minute dolmus ride to Oludeniz from the hotel. A bit more expensive down there but well worth the trip for the views and atmosphere.
We are back there at the end of The school holidays. Can’t wait!!

Smooth uneventful holiday with Jet2 even after arriving late (m62 on a Friday) !

Jet2 was easy to book with, the flights and airport were seamless and made it so much less stressful. However, the hotel we booked with had many various issues. Food gave us upset stomachs, people in an unlit pool until 2am each day screaming and no staff to tell them to stop. The pool was also unlit and 2.5 metres deep so very dangerous. People screaming and shouting throughout the night. Staff unfriendly. Due to my phone not working when we arrived at our destination due to signal issues, I was unable to complain to jet2 at the time - so for this reason I can’t comment as to how they would have dealt with my concerns as they were not to know. I do think the hotel needs looking into though as to whether it follows what jet2 would want to advertise.

Brilliant holiday, couldn’t fault any of it from start to finish. Have only gone with Jet2 for years and wouldn’t go with anyone else.

Nice resort although some parts look tired. Great beach bar but should be open until sunset. Beach isn't the nicest but at least there is one. Some rooms are quite near to a busy noisy main road . Most of the staff a wonderful however the dress code for men in the restaurant is ludicrous. Overall a nice holiday destination resort for adult only

We have travelled with Jet 2 on many holidays and always stayed in good hotels.
This year we have been to Chania and really enjoyed the place. Very quiet and peaceful and only 25 min walk to Kolumbari.

We had a lovely time at Barcelo Ponent Beach - the location was/is amazing ! The food was disappointing but the alcoholic drinks were spot on 👍(and served to us during meal times which wasn’t expected .. ).
We booked the ‘Superior Inter- connecting Rooms’ but they weren’t superior! They have a view of a wall ( freshly painted white) and NOT interconnected .. in fact 2 rooms only .. I was so disappointed after having booked them over a year ago. However , the air con was excellent and a lifesaver in the end (no air con in the restaurant unfortunately). I would recommend this Hotel mainly because of the location - it’s important to book sea view rooms ( even though inter- connecting rooms are dearer and have a view of a wall ☹️) .

I was disappointed in the hotel room, no drawers anywhere to put away items however hotel staff found some. Also was very disappointed that Jet 2 resold the seat on the flight back that my sister had already paid for therefore in theory Jet 2 relied double and we was not offered any refund
