the reps was there all the way through my holiday

The outbound flight the flight attendedants were rude constantly ignoring you after paying for soft drinks and not bringing them . They were the same to other customers. The hotel was fabulous the return flight totally different couldn't do enough for you

Heavily delayed at Birmingham airport. Jet2 offered only water no tea or coffee

It’s a great hotel with lots of trees and plants interspersed throughout the large complex. Only a 8-10 minute walk from Porta Mogan.

Had bad experience with tui the year before but have always travelled with jet2 best airline by far

Agent failed to book the correct rooms. Audio clearly shows me ask twice for 3 rooms. Cost me an extra £720 in resort and Jet2 show no signs of recifying their mistake, hiding behind a 28 day to respond clause despite having had this issue on their radar for over a month now. Zero customer care shown. Very very disappointed. Already sent into customer care, clearly by the response to this you haven't even seen it! It just gets worse the lack of anyone's ability to fix the problem. You just don't care!

GREAT HOTEL, STAFF ARE AMAZING! FOOD IS GOOD AND POOL IS ENJOYABLE

Absolutely loved our family holiday there the staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating the room was amazing and loved the food..will definitely be going back next year...to be honest didnt want to leave

Enjoyed holiday, hotel Makari was lovely, breakfast same everyday would of liked a change. Staff at the Maraki were first class, unfortunately was sent to hospital/clinic which was horrendous, I had very bad sciatica, couldn't walk. Medicare around corner from hotel sent me there. Wasn't the best idea, read reviews after admission, would never had gone, cannot understand why I was sent there. Anyway, girls from Jet2 were fabulous, could not fault them, Jon and Chelsy. In hands of insurance.

Our holiday to Turkey was perfect - as soon as we got off the plane.....
There were some extremely disruptive passengers on our flight who were blocking the aisle of the plane, swapping seats, & walking up & down drinking from an open bottle of alcohol. They were drunk & very loud & were clearly upsetting other passengers on the plane. Jet2 staff announced over the tannoy that if the behaviour continued they would refuse to sell any further alcohol, however despite the disruption continuing for the full duration of the flight, they were served more alcohol after this announcement. Much to my disgust, Jet2 staff then actually ferried messages from one group to another regarding who had the credit card to pay for drinks!! I did not see Jet2 have words with those directly involved, only saying again over the tannoy at the end of the flight that they were sure 'we were all glad to be landing, some more than others'! I spoke to Jet2 staff on disembarking & understated 'that was a very rowdy flight' hoping for some sort of acknowledgement or apology for the first part of our holiday being ruined, however I got the completely inadequate reply 'yes we've had a lot of birthdays'?!! I am totally dissatisfied with that response & I expected much more from your company.

Jet2 staff when I have needed to call have been very helpful and friendly. Nothing has been to much trouble for them

Always ready to help people, kind & understanding

Initially on arrival I was unsure however through out our stay experienced continuous friendly professional and attentive staff on all levels of hospitality.
The two ladies at the reception who spoke very clearly in English Despina and her colleague gave detailed information of the surrounding location, arranged a visit to the Bee Museum and another experience we truly enjoyed and appreciated. Nothing was a problem or inconvenience. There are two lifts in the hotel easily accessible and a ramp at the entrance of the hotel.The breakfast was always with a lovely selection of fresh produce a buffet style menu omelette and pancakes were freshly made if desired and evening dinner served at their sister hotel within walking distance only a couple of minutes away. Having sampled on various occasions can highly recommend their menu that changes daily again buffet style I normally prefer independent restaurants which we did experience during our stay but found their kitchens quality of dishes outstanding. Set within walking distance to the old town provided exciting discoveries of this historic site.
Filled with shops and restaurants I would recommend a little research before you visit. Excursions to Symi Lindos, Turkey can be found along the harbour some including snorkelling diving combined with refreshments lunch and dinner.
Smaller vessels for that more intimate experience from crowded noisy individuals highly recommended.
Overall experience the local community were very friendly sharing many conversations on different topics.
Don’t be surprised with the disruption at the side of this location… the hotel staff will try and accommodate any concerns.
We didn’t use the swimming pool rather swam in the sea provided it wasn’t too choppy with big waves not to mention that continuous cool constant breeze.
If you decide to travel south you’ll definitely miss this as it alleviates you from the heat of the day and night.

Always use jet2 and they never disappoint, great service at the departure airport and same at the arrival airport. Speedy boarding, great on board service

The best holiday ever, the resort was the best of the best.

We had no problems going there very good. But going home was different we was delayed which was very sad. But it wasn't down to jet 2. We love booking with jet 2 they do look after you.

The hotel was incredible, the food was amazing, and we had the most wonderful experience all round. Jet2 were really good and there was only a very slight delay on our outbound flight.
