I complained to Jetcost about FLighttoworld and Flightmover- both are scam companies, but Jetcost did not listen & continued to list those companies' price on Jetcost, now I beleive Jetcost is itself a SCAM. AGREE with another review which says -Jetcost is a big part of SCAM. You can understand from the integrity of the website. It shows you all the cheap options with scammers website. Their domain says .au which shows its an Australian, their about says its European company and uses Google form for Queries which show it's illegitimacy. One of the Scammers they publish are Flight Merchant.

The web site was easy to use and gave me the right information I was looking for.

Based on the ratings of truspilot, I trusted jetcost.com.
Within that site I was redirected to another site to buy a ticket but the other site turned out to be very very bad.
I recommend checking the reviews on the sites to which jetcost redirects.

Jetcost scammer I book flight the I go to airport my flight not found and then I get call from the scammers from woman from Indian ask me to pay 200$ more if i want my ticket or I will miss the flight I told her no I not going pay nothing then she screaming at me harassing me in text massage

I found a flight on jetcost and it directed me to, holidaycart. Booked my flight and it turned out to be scammers. They called me next day, asking for 350£ more for a different date and different airline flight.
When I refused to confirm the changes, they said, cancellation is not an option.
I trusted jetcost and this is their fault.

Jetcost.com and flightsearch.com are part of a sophisticated scam where cheap flights are advertised and links to companies like Holidaycart.net and FindFlightCost.co.uk.
Once you have booked and paid for your flight you will not get the e-tickets promised. You will get a call stating the flights requested are promotional offers or stand by tickets, they do not include baggage or meals. They will then ask you to upgrade (at substantial cost), agree to an alternative or cancel (for a cancellation fee for something that has not been booked??)- do not agree to any of these. They will threaten you with their terms and conditions (all lies). They will have to give you your money back if they have not provided what you paid for.
I spoke to Holidaycart.net and to FindFlightCost.co.uk, someone called Ronie (probably false) (at both companies??) who had the same voice, same manner of speaking and same accent. These companies are a scam, be advised.

They Scamming me please don't use this website. They overcharged me 400£ plus they changed date and airport and also along transit 12hours f...k .

Not trustworthy, the companies offering tickets have no real tickets and to attract customer they offer the tickets on a very low price than Skyscanner or Cheapflights. Never had any issue with any of these two serach engines. But the companies on Jetcost are not reliable at all. Twice had issues with the companies present on Jetcost. Be cautious.

Do not use! I booked flights totalling just over 1k, i was told the request had been received and they would contact me to finalise booking and payment, they didnt call for 3 days, eventually i called and they quoted £3k! Scam company dont bother using.

That’s fake website so do not book by jet cost .it s big scamme.i use this one but they after booking they demand more money and not book any ticket.i think they are handling it from India .and making fraud with people so pls be careful.

Terrible Experience with Holidaycart – Avoid at All Costs

I had one of the worst experiences with Holidaycart, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. I booked a ticket well in advance to secure a good price, only to have my payment “reversed” without sufficient explanation or notice. Despite being told my ticket was being held, it wasn’t. By the time I was able to respond, I was given no real help and forced to pay double or significantly more for a new ticket.

Their communication is absolutely appalling. Instead of providing timely updates or realistic solutions, their representatives were dismissive, cold, and entirely unhelpful. They showed zero empathy for my situation, even though this trip is critical for family reasons. It’s clear that they prioritize making money over customer care.

To make matters worse, I was not given adequate time to resolve the payment issue. They emailed me while I was at work, and by the time I responded early the next morning, my ticket was already gone. Why bother saying you’re holding a fare if you won’t actually hold it? They even had the nerve to call me previously about adding luggage but didn’t bother calling to notify me about the payment issue before canceling my ticket.

It’s clear that unless you pay more, Holidaycart doesn’t value you as a customer. If you find a great deal with them, don’t get your hopes up—you’ll likely be replaced by someone else who books later but pays more. They don’t care about customer loyalty or fairness, just squeezing out the most money they can.

This company has proven to be disorganized, unreliable, and completely indifferent to their customers’ needs. I feel cheated and undervalued, and I will never use Holidaycart again.

Save yourself the stress and frustration—choose a more reputable company for your travel needs.
