Perfect from start to finish

Jetpets went above and beyond to get our pet relocated. They made the entire experience moving our pets stress free, clear and easy. We now have experience with multiple NZ based pet transport agencies and can confidently say jetpets is by far and away the best.

We found their communication simple and easy, they provided all the documentation well ahead of time and when issues arose they took initiative to present us with solutions rather than just problems. Our calls and emails were always answered quickly, and we felt like anything we needed to ask, we could without being a hassle or treated like we were being an inconvenience.

Less than a month after contacting Jetpets urgently to arrange travel, my dogs are now happily snoozing off jetlag in their new home and I couldn't be more grateful to jetpets and Sherol to making that happen!

We recently moved our cat from Australia to New Zealand and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The entire process was seamless and stress-free — for both us and our kitty. From the very first communication, we felt confident that our cat was in safe and caring hands. The team clearly understands how important our feline family members are, and they treated him with so much kindness and professionalism. Every detail was taken care of, from paperwork to travel arrangements, and we were kept updated the whole way. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing he was being so well looked after. Honestly, I had brought my dog to Australia myself and returning her to Canada I thought I would do the same, but the workload seemed daunting so I made contact with Jetpets and I will NEVRR REGRET IT! Best service for me and my beautiful baby girl Nyla. The level of care of genuine caring animal loving humans who came together to bring Nyla home to Canada honestly was the most beautiful part of the experience. I trusted my dog was safe 100% of the time she was traveling. THANK YOU Angus, Kira and all the beautiful handlers who gave Nyla pats and words of encouragement for her journey.

Online registration was very easy to use. JetPets also completed all the necessary paperwork and travel forms for us, saving us from errors and delays. We were continuously updated about travel plans, and while the pets were on their way.

Can’t fault Jetpets! Their communication has been great and the service is so helpful and stress free.
We especially loved the photos we were sent when Jetpets collected our little chihuahua Daisy from quarantine. After not seeing her for 5 months these made us smile and so excited to see her.

Jordi at Jetpets has been fantastic in organising our dogs release from quarantine and flying her to the Gold Coast. Communication has been great and would absolutely recommend Jetpets!

Having just moved permanently from Australia to the UK - moving our 12 year old Border Collie and 13 year old Maltese was the thing we were most worried about. Jetpets were recommended to us by other customers and we were so grateful to find them as Katie and the team were just fantastic. Incredibly professional, responsive and supportive through navigating all the administrative steps which built trust and confidence- which was not misplaced! It was so reassuring to have photos and updates sent through what is a long long journey and our dogs were delivered to us safe, well and happy exactly as arranged.

Huge thanks to the JetPets team for their amazing care and professional service during the transport of our dog Lexi from Australia to the Czech Republic. Everything went smoothly and without a single issue. Lexi arrived safely in Vienna and was calm and happy when we opened her crate, which made me so relieved and grateful. f you are looking to transport pets from Australia to the UK, Jetpets are the best in the industry! As a “ping-pong Pom”, I have now used Jetpets to transport my pets on five separate occasions. They recently transported my family of cats back to the UK and the whole process was simple and straightforward and competitively priced. Jacinta at Jetpets was amazing! Very efficient and professional and nothing was too much trouble! Her level of customer service was second to none!
Shout out to Angus too who was my initial contact and took the time to talk me through everything I needed to do to prepare the cats for their trip.
Also, Dr Simon, who is the vet that does all the health checks and vaccinations prior to them travelling. He understands all the requirements for transporting animals and is very experienced in making sure they are fit and healthy to fly! He genuinely cares about the animals well being and does everything in his power to reduce their stress and make the journey safe. He’s a wonderful and caring vet! The whole team have been AMAZING! We used Jetpets to fly our cat from the quarantine facility in Melbourne to Sydney and the experience was absolutely seamless! Jordi was our main point of contact, and her communication was amazing, everything went so smoothly from start to finish. We couldn't recommend Jetpets highly enough!

I’ve recently moved my 9 year old Maltese Shihtzu from Melbourne to Toronto. The whole journey for my pet was extremely long and stressful but I’m so glad I’ve chosen Jetpets as they have been keeping me posted with the status of my dog during transit and critical moments of my dog’s travel journey, and everything was handled very professionally from when I made the booking confirmation to drop-off. Will definitely recommend!

As a totally paranoid and over protective fur Mum I was so nervous about moving my babies interstate. However Phillicia and the team at Jetpets were so kind and supportive. From the collection to air travel to delivery the service was excellent. Both my cat and dog arrived calm and safe. Thank you Jetpets. I highly recommend this service.

Amazing amazing service! I could not be happier with the service they provided. Jetpets helped me relocate my two dogs, Lulu and BB from Australia to Japan. The whole process was so easy and seamless, they took care of most of the import permits and documents. Photo updates and email updates were always provided and I could not be happier! The updates they provided put me at ease knowing that they are in good hands. My consultants, Chloe and Kaye were both very very helpful, responsive and very patient! I asked loads of questions as this was the first time ever I need to relocate my dogs. And I could not be happier with the service they provided!! Definitely worth the money I spent, they go above and beyond. Thank you so so much Jetpets!

Great serviceI've used jetpets twice now to transport my cat from Singapore to Australia and back again (In 2019 and now in 2025). Both times, they kept me updated on progress (with pictures) and my cat seemed happy and comfortable!

I won’t go into too much detail but suffice to say the sales pitch given by a very nice customer service operator doesn’t translate to the operations staff. Wrong times, wrong directions, wrong boarding info. And the customer service for follow up problem resolution was appalling, especially from head office management (i’m not allowed to say who it was but it was a woman with a stripper’s name) who took no responsibility for Jetpets muck up. Absolutely do not recommend.

In response to jetpets’ response, I couldn’t give two hoots whether you are appalled by my “attitude” because I’m appalled by Jetpets’ attitude. You say that you take pride in your service - well lift your game Jetpets because it falls very short of being something of which to be proud. Again, I recommend to anyone who reads this review not to use Jetpets.

Jetpets took care of everything required to transport our cats overseas, from picking them up at the cattery to droping them to our door of our new home. Moving countries can be really stressful, even if you have done it more than once. This time the pet transportation was the easiest part of our relocation thanks to Jetpet's excellent organisation and constant communication throughout their journey. Our cats were relaxed and happy and received so much love and attention throughout their journey. We had a relocation consultant and they obtained two quotes for us from other providers that were significantly more expensive. Jetpets were recommened to us and we highly recommend them to anyone having to transport animals as they are reliable and competitively priced.

What an absolute pleasure dealing with this company !! As anyone would be I was extremely nervous for my little doggo Kevin to travel.
Not only did Gaylene my consultant look after me and my many questions along the way. The caring and thoughtful staff at the jetpets transit lounge including the vet were so amazing with Kev. Updated reports and photos helped to put me at ease.
Pick up on the other end was a breeze with my mum doing the honnors. It was clear and and concise with no blindsides or miscommunication.
I could write all day about how great this service was but you should just experience it for yourself !!
