Great service and very prompt delivery. Good advice through the process and easy to understand

My MG HS Plug in hybrid was delivered without a working DAB radio system. I was not informed the car would not have DAB but was told when I called Jet to ask why the DAB system was not working that there was a silicon chip shortage, so my vehicle did not have DAB. Had they informed me before delivery I would have rejected the car. Unfortunately, I had arranged the sale of my old car on the same day as the Jet vehicle was delivered.
I have contacted Jet who, after telling me my DAB would be repaired sometime in the future, told me to speak to the finance company and then the dealership. I have now been offered £299, via the finance company, and been told that the DAB will be repaired 'sometime in the future'. Given I have a 4 year lease, this could be any time. Really poor customer service, especially as they had no intention of telling me the car did not have DAB before it arrived and waited for me to find the issue.
I will be contacting trading standards as I have been clearly mis-sold this car.
Make sure you confirm with Jet that the vehicle will arrive as described and promised as they will probably not tell you before hand. At least then you can delay selling your old car before the new one arrives.

Used these guys 3 years ago for my Vauxhall Corsa, my contract with them has just come to an end. Had the best experience with these guys, Beth and Anna were so helpful and really went above and beyond for me. Wanted to lease me next vehicle with them, but unfortunately went with another due to a slight price difference. Hope to use them again thoug when it comes to my next car. Thanks guys!!

This is my 3rd car with these guys and they have been brilliant. Even with the delays due to no fault of their own they have been amazing in terms of customer service. I’ll be glad if I never hear the word semi conductor again. Special mention to Natalie who has been polite, courteous and professional through out the whole journey in obtaining this car for me. Would recommend Jet all day long for their service and professionalism.

Please avoid this company, they're liars! Everything was going smoothly till I signed the agreement and I paid the admin fee. One agent named Charlie uses the worst tactics to get you to sign the lease and get his commission. He promised me that the car was in stock and I would receive it in a month (which was urgent for me). Once the paper work was done, I called the manufacturer and it turned out the car was not even BUILT YET. He then just avoided me! Absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE!!

Perfect journey from start to finish. So quick and efficient, had amazing deals and a huge range of available cars which other brokers couldn’t get in quick enough.
Great communication just overall so happy!
I’ll be a returning customer when my lease is up!!

Just leased a vehicle through Jet Vehicle Finance and it went without a hitch .
All queries were responded to immediately and the whole transaction went smoothly .
I would definitely recommend, particularly Anna in Delivery /Admin who was very efficient and responsive.

Anna was really helpful throughout the whole process, replying to every query I had regardless of the importance.

I did quite a bit of research beforehand and shopped around for the car and deal that I wanted with limited outgoings at present due to the pandemic. The deal needed to suit our needs for two small children and two adult drivers, while also Including as many of the additional expenses possible within the package.

Out of the ten odd companies I spoke to Jet came out on top. Casey who kicked off my application was extremely helpful and accommodating, willing to answer all of my many questions. Katie then kept me informed of the finance information and delivery process until the day of delivery.

All of this was completed conveniently through email rather than phone. Reading other reviews online they compliment this service perfectly and from my experience are a true guide to what you would expect and will receive should you apply today with Jet.

We can now enjoy our new vehicle without any of the stresses that would have come from trying to manage everything ourselves. I highly recommend Jet and will no doubt be in touch with them again in the future when we come to renew.

Cars arrived on schedule and delivered fine.
Had a little issue after the cars arrived - however, Jet (& Danez) were quick to act and sorted it out.
Would definitely recommend them. If you are getting a leased car make sure you ask Jet for a quote. We ended up saved £1000s

Sales very good, very helpful with no problems. After sales needed chasing a bit to find out what was happening. Overall no real problems, will probably use again in three years..

This is a real shame as the pre sales was amazing. Casey did a fantastic job. But with the onset of CV there have been understandable delays with vehicle delivery that are out of Jet’s hands. The problem is they just never keep you informed once it moved from sales to another department and never reply to emails even after the issue of not replying is raised.

I have emails with the dealer included telling me the car was in the country and that it would be delivered as soon as opening up, then I have another email saying that it arrived in the country ‘today’ some 2/3 weeks after the first time it arrived in the country. It’s just so late now it goes beyond even coronavirus late. And Jet aren’t doing anything to chase or even update me, let alone reply to my emails or return calls.

I’m not sure if they’re struggling as a business on resource or what not, it would be totally understandable, but to completely ignore me is another thing.

I’m at the point where I’m likely going to cancel this vehicle because it will be quicker and cheaper for me to source it elsewhere now. I have one email that has the dealership CC’d in. So after not hearing back today I’m going to call the dealer tomorrow and find out if I can get any info on this car that’s likely sat waiting for someone to ask about it.

Hopefully this is just a blip as all other reviews are good. It’s a shame.

From my initial quote request to having the car delivered to my home, and every step of the process in between, Jet Vehicle Finance have been absolutely, completely and utterly faultless. The process has been so smooth, and exactly as they described it would be. Every one of my many questions was answered without delay. And in addition to all this, I got an absolutely amazing deal on my lease car. I feel very fortunate to have found them. Superb.
