Ordered a ring and trying to return it , has been awful ,
Phone numbers do not work and customer service does not answer emails.
Apparently you have to have Authorization to Return a ring from them ,
Been waiting 3 days now for them to respond.
** Updated on June 3 2026 - I still have not received the return label that the company emailed and said I would be receiving. I was instructed NOT TO MAIL the ring back , to the address on the package but to wait for a return label - Makes No Sense !!!
