Found exactly the necklace I was looking for. Description was spot on, quality is lovely, price was very reasonable. It arrived within two days, in a lovely little matchbox style package, along with a voucher for 15% off a next order. Very happy customer.

This shop has a very good range of products and the prices are always really reasonable. I have ordered many items from them and never been disappointed.

Lovely product , sensibly priced with swift delivery.

Ordered a pair of 8mm hoops online and they sent me a pair of 6mm hoops. I spoke to the customer team who apologised and sent another pair of 6mm hoops out. Upon contacting them again they advised they measure their hoops from external diameter instead of internal diameter unlike most of the jewellery industry. I checked and whilst this is clear if you click on the sizing tab online, most jewellery sites measure from internal diameter. I decided at this point I wanted a refund and the website stated I would only receive a third of the price of the item back. Pretty unhappy with the quality of the item received as well.

I just want to say the necklace is absolutely amazing and beautiful plus their pricing of this particular item is way better than any other brands I have checked online in fact about 50% better price ! easy to navigate website with clear pictures and descriptions of products. I purchased earrings which were well made, pretty and comfortable to wear. Items were delivered very quickly and updates on expected delivery were timely and helpful. The products were as described on the website and well packaged.

For reference I only buy the sterling silver jewellery that jewellery box carry so I can’t speak on any of their gold items but I do find them a good company to shop with. Great quality items, fast delivery, usually only takes 1-2 days to get to me, maybe a day more if it’s over the weekend which I have no problem with what so ever. And their packaging is very cute.
Couldn’t recommend them more.
Oh and I love their size guide as they carry a lot of ‘between sizes’, so there’s a lot more options compared to other jewellery companies.

I purchased a dinosaur necklace and a pair of silver dinosaur earrings, these were purchased for my grandaughter who was delighted with them. Both items were as described and were as pictured, I got free postage, jewellery box sent me a despatch message on a Monday and received them Friday, so good communication, item packed well, couldn't fault the service, I'd have no hesitation in recommending.

I have had a few pairs of these tiny studs and I have really liked them . The quality is good and the price affordable.
