If I could give zero stars I would.. I was a freshpass member which means zero delivery charge, whenever I placed an order they would attempt to charge me a delivery fee & a miscellaneous $5 fee, all of my items where ebt eligible. When I called/chat on numerous attempts to place an order I received false information, representatives would not assist if a receipt was generated. I informed Jimuel that my original form of payment was charged & sent in a screenshot to show that the payment was deducted, he basically said that I was a liar, that they did not charge me. (Because of him I will never do any business with Jewels-Osco again). Jewels will charge your card unauthorized/ miscellaneous fees and the representatives will state that they will reverse the fees once it goes through & attempt to get you to switch cards so they can withdraw the unauthorized amount.. Worse experience ever.

I am regularly shopping from what used to be my favorite store, now shopping for me been struggles looking for items, since jewel head office decided to cut most of food that most Americans shop for!! instead been replaced with Middle Eastern product!! most of Middle Eastern shops from their own trusts stores !! Is it fair to cut most of our favorite products that we used to get and make more and more spots for certain people which you will not make money but instead you will lose real customers , if you knew how unsanitary having halal meat in a store you would stopped care it?? Sorry to say this seems the store about to close !!
