Very good company. Lots of jewelry and findings, gemstones and even packages. Customer service answers quickly and always helpful.

Wonderful site, have used 5 times now items are all great quality and shipping times are fast and prices are incredible. Just set up a small business and this site is now my go to for stock.

I ordered 45 items including different beads, spacers, and findings. All of the items were as described. And even more beautiful than the pictures. All were great quality.
If an item was out of stock, they sent me a notification and I could choose something else, get a refund, or put the money in store cash.

The shipping to USA was 14 days from order time to arriving at my door!

I have already placed another large order.

I found this website by accident and was surprised at how low the prices are compared to other sites. The shipping is a bit more but with the super low prices, it's totally worth it. I've ordered a few times now and have not yet been disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to combine my two orders that I placed in one day, saving me on shipping.

I am very pleased with the whole experience of ordering from Jewelryandfindings! The inventory is diverse and offers everything I am looking for to help build my small home business of original jewelry designs. Many of the findings were unique and not the "same old" designs...exactly what I was looking for! The discounts offered make it affordable and the discount on shipping was absolutely wonderful! once the order was packaged...about a weeks time, the shipment came in about 5 days to Massachusetts! I was a little skeptical about this company initially, but I ordered anyway. I'm glad I did. They sent everything I ordered and it came in just a few days. I will order here again.

I've ordered from this company based on the ratings here and most seem satisfied. I've just had a message that my package will be delayed because they are closed until 18th June because of covid restrictions. Fair enough, but they've been closed since 4th June and still accepted my order on the 6th without indication of would be delayed. That is poor form and please be aware if you are ordering!

The quality of the items far exceeded my expectations and the shipping was very fast and well packaged. When a certain bead took a while to restock (it was during the Spring Festival, so understandable) the customer service was extremely helpful and offered a variety of options on how to resolve the issue (wait, exchange with a discount, or refund). I ordered many products, and all arrived in perfect condition with no issues.

Very nice selection of lampwork beads ~ I found the customer service to be excellent, and the shipping time reasonable given the distance involved. Have bought from them several times and always been very pleased. Would highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever!! This company WILL NOT return or help if you have an issue with your package

I ordered alphabets and received missing some letters. Of course I contacted them but they weren’t helpful at all
