I am very happy with my order and the quality of the products. At first I wasn't sure if it was a reliable store, but I decided to risk and try it out. My order arrived in time and everything was well packed. I tested the products leaving them for 24h in salty water and they looked just as great as new (stainless steel golden pieces). I highly recommend Jewelry and Findings. I'm already preparing my second order!

I find the site layout and filter options very helpful when I am looking for items within a color range or material.

I have been ordering for J&F for about 2 1/2 years. Each time I receive an order, the products have been wrapped very well. Actually, I have not seen another company that I use take such strides to ensure that my products are shipped safely.
I have ordered over $8000 in products and as a rule, I have loved everything I have ordered. Only once in over two years and hundreds of products have I received an item I was not impressed with. Upon reaching out to J&F, they offered a 50% refund on that product, even though it was outside of the window for refunds.
I have had several opportunities to speak with J&F customer service and they have always been helpful and courteous. Amber is who I usually speak with and she does a lovely job.
I intend to continue purchasing for J&F for as long as they keep up this quality.

I have ordered from this company multiple times and I am very pleased with the value and the quality of the items I have ordered.

Amazing quality items at a very good price. VAT and shipping can be quite expensive but still worth it for the value of the items.

The shipping is also quite quick considering items are from china and all items are properly packaged.

Definitely recommend!
