This is my go to jewelry supplies online shop. The layout is neat and easy to navigate. Products are categorized by type, shape, size, color etc. I always find what I'm looking for!

The website was easy to navigate and find the items I needed.
The order was processed very quickly and a small issue related to dispatching the items was quickly explained and thus resolved.

I've placed a few orders now and only have positive things to say. The website itself is easy to navigate and has a vast selection of items.
Payment is simple and they accept a good selection of payment methods.
Communication is good and considering the distance my orders travel they arrive in good time too. Everything has made it safely and it's worth noting that glass items were sent separately from metal items that were ordered together to ensure safer traveling.
11/10 would recommend shopping here.

Shipping takes a while, but it is definitely worth it! If you can plan ahead to not need it right away, and be willing to wait, it’s an amazing website to buy on. There are so many options for whatever you could be looking for! I have loved everything I have purchased through here, and have saved so much money.

As with any supply store, you’re gonna have your pros and cons but overall, this is by far the best site to get everything you need in BULK. I wouldn’t recommend buying just a few items from here as shipping can get expensive because it’s coming from China. But as I am a jewelry maker, buying in bulk makes everything cheaper and worth spending the extra money in weight for a large package than spending that much for a small package.

Quality of items- I have not had an issue. They are pretty good about specifying if something is natural stone or imitation so make sure you read each item description before purchasing so you know what you’re buying.

Communication/Customer Service— while there have been times that something goes wrong with my order, I will say they are very quick to answer (if it’s not a holiday) and they always at least try to make it right and I appreciate it. There have been times a solution could not be found but you know what? You’re gonna find that anywhere. I have not been able to find another site with this big of a selection so I’m gonna keep coming back and doing business here.

But I highly recommend this site for ordering in bulk. I’ve been a customer since 2020 and over the years I have spent over $7,000 here for supplies so clearly I keep coming back and my Etsy shop is doing fabulous because everyone appreciates the quality of beads I use and that is thanks to JewelryandFindings so 5-stars

Communication- great! You can track where in the process your order is through the website. They respond quite quickly to emails also.

Customer Service - the one time I had to contact them they were really helpful and weren’t at all difficult about cancelling an order.

I have ordered many things from this company. Everything is always great quality and the prices are always great. I will continue to use this company for all my bulk jewelry orders.

I just want to warn you all before making any purchase from this shop and be really careful what you order from this store. I ordered a lot of stuff. After a while I started to wonder if the items are qualified and made an XRF-analyze and nickel test to them. Many of the items that had been said to be 304 or 316 stainless steel had totally different metal composition in them that what is should be in 304 or 316 stainless steel. Also, many of the gold-coated or golden-colored items have unfortunately lot of nickel in them, so they can’t be used at least in EU. There has been some good items also, but 50-75% of the items I’ve ordered have been unqualified. And as I didn’t complain within 1 month of receiving the items, I can’t even return the items anymore. So many thousands of euros totally waste of money, since I can’t use the items in Europe. I’ve been asking a proof of the 304 and 316 grade products, but they don’t have any documents to show. Still they have always ’some explanaiton’ to every issue. When I started to review all the products in their webshop, they blocked my permission to give reviews there. One more thing: they did admit that some of their products have been unqualified, so they offered me a 50 dollars coupon to their webshop. When I looked more close into it, it said that I have to order minimum of 400 dollar before I can use the coupon.

If you order anything from this shop, BE SUPER CAREFUL. I won’r order anything from there anymore.

As a new customer, I'm glad I ordered from jewelry and findings. all of their products have been excellent so far as well as their pricing, which is very reasonable. Customer service is prompt, courteous and friendly as well. I am able to find supplies I need that I can't find anywhere else for the same reasonable price. I'm glad I found them and I'll be a customer for life.

I’ve ordered from Jewelry and Findings quite a few times now with shipping to Canada. Products are always as described and packaged properly. If I had a question via email they always respond.

If you create hand made jewelry, then Jewelryandfindings is the best place to get everything you need. They have the most beautiful beads, charms, chains, pendants, cords, findings and tools you need to create amazing necklaces, bracelets, earrings...any jewelry project. And the selection is HUGE!! I have been ordering from them now for over 2 years and my orders always arrived tightly packaged so that none of my pieces are damaged. If I have questions or concerns, the customer service team is always quick to respond and they always work to make sure I'm happy. Thanks to them, I create exquisite jewelry.
