I have now ordered several times from JaF, and I am still amazed at the continuous quality and awesome customer service. I waited until a few orders had been filled to write a review , to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. I honestly and truly am impressed by the items available and customer service.

I once had to send an email to inquire about a tool I wanted to purchase, I got an expedient and courteous reply. I've been purchasing a few things from them as of late, always carefully packaged. Everything in order is in order, no missing inventory. I highly recommend for anyone to use this company for jewellery supply needs.

I debated for a while on whether or not to place an order as honestly I wasn't sure what to expect. I eventually placed an order as they had such a great selection of things I wanted to buy and it was also the best value for money. From the time of ordering, to receiving my package the process was around 7 days! That in itself is incredible. Everything was securely packaged and my order exceeded my expectations. The quality is amazing and I was pleased with everything although I would add, make sure you check the sizes of everything you order as some things were bigger and smaller than I anticipated(I should've double checked). The only real downside for me is the shipping cost as it was about £55 which was almost the same as my order total, adding customs fees I had to pay(expected this) too there was about an additional £25 on top, so around £80 in shipping and fees. I've shopped on other similar sites which offer free or very low cost shipping but I would still place future orders with this company and deal with the cost. Overall I would recommend but make sure your order is worth the cost you may pay in shipping and customs!

This company has one of the fastest turn around (time between ordering and shipping) that I have dealt with that is overseas. Their prices are great. Their products beautiful.

I bought a jewellery box. It took two months to arrive. Was not aware it was coming from china as no reference on site. No proof of mailing or tracking. I just had to trust it had been sent. Did finally receive from china after two months. Not transparent. I would not reccomend as the stress caused is not worth it.

I was really surprised and super impressed with this company.
The product I received was EXACTLY like the description and pictures.
I ordered on 2/21/20 and received 3/10/20 which was faster than promised and sooner than I expected.
Communication was fast and easy. I sent an email before ordering to make sure they were able to ship after their New Year and the virus and they responded quickly and honestly!!!

Very wary on using this Chinese company as their prices seemed too good to be true but was encouraged as they accepted Paypal.

Was rather wary of ordering here due to the lack of online reviews, no package arrival date estimate and the surprisingly low prices, but my items arrived within 2 weeks and were packaged very well. Pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a scam as I was beginning to worry, would definitely order from here again.
