My plane was late landing at Gatwick in the early hours and the baggage reclaim took an age to get going but our driver was patient and polite and soon had us back on the South Coast. He even asked if we’d like to stop for refreshments etc on route since we’d had a long time travelling. Excellent service. Booking the taxi was easy with the online form and confirmation was sent extremely quickly and hassle free. Thanks

Booked a one way minivan to SOU airport and enjoyed the Great communication that was given with updates on the driver’s
Location.

We used Jewels Airport Transfers for a one way trip from Heathrow to Cambridge. We don't usually use a car service but our flights were moved to much later than we planned which would leave us missing our last train out of London. We were nervous about the cost but actually Jewels gave us a very reasonable quote and certainly the most competitive we could find. They had great service over the phone too. We paid in advance via a secure payment link and had prompt emails with all the information on about the booking.

Our pick up from the airport was very smooth with excellent communication from the driver as soon as we landed. We were met at the car park by a very friendly driver and a very clean car. Everything went very smoothly on this side of things. However, about half way through the journey, the tyre was punctured. The driver pulled over and tried to fix this to no avail, so we ended up having to drive a few minutes more as the tyre leaked air, and then swap cars in order to finish the journey. We were very lucky to be completely by coincidence near enough to the driver's house to be able to do this, and then were able to finish our journey safely and efficiently. I have to say, throughout this whole situation, I was beyond impressed by the driver's safety and professionalism. Trying to make it home at end of a holiday, in the middle of the night (on a bank holiday weekend too) this could have been a very stressful situation, but the driver handled it incredibly well, using initiative, and reacting quickly and carefully at all times. I felt he went above and beyond in order to get us home safely and honestly cannot thank Jewels enough for this. Will absolutely use them again in the future, could not recommend enough.

Driver picked me up half an hour late. My pick up point was in Liverpool at 3.45am on a Saturday night. As a female I felt extremely unsafe standing around waiting with all my luggage. Two drunk guys approached me and tried to steal my laptop. When the driver finally arrived I was very upset and told him what had happened. I asked him where he'd been and why he was late. Instead of apologising or offering an explanation or asking if I was OK he made a sarcastic comment and then ignored me for the rest of the journey.
While trying to get out of the city he drove the wrong way into 4 lanes of oncoming traffic which was terrifying.
Hands down the worst airport transfer experience I've ever had.

I have used Jewels for a few years now. They have had very dependable drivers - in both getting me to the airport and home again. I live quite a distance to Heathrow and it is great having a reliable company to provide safe and efficient transport. Worth every penny for the piece of mind!
