Outbound service to airport has been consistently fantastic—thank you for that—we’ve had a few issues with the airport pickups lately.
Passengers have had to wait in the arrivals hall because the driver was delayed, reportedly due to taking a local job beforehand. As we pay for a meet-and-greet service, this is not ideal especially after a long haul flight.
We value the partnership and appreciate the generally high standard of service, but I’d be grateful if you could look into this and help ensure that airport pickups are as prompt and smooth as the outbound journeys.

I booked Jewels last minute as my husband could not collect me from Heathrow due to illness. They were reasonably priced and very easy to book online from abroad.
I am very impressed. I was called on my mobile as I was in baggage collection and told where to meet the driver. Very clear instructions. Car was clean and comfy and the driver kept me up to date when there was traffic and he changed route to get me home quicker. Driver was professional, kind and polite and even took the time to call me afterwards and return a pair of headphones I left in his car to me later that week by post.

He did not know about our special instructions which we asked Jewel to notate which was to give us 2 hours after landing as a pick up time however we luckily made it through customs and all within an hour.

Booking was easy our driver messaged ahead of arrival and was on time and the journey to airport was smooth and comfortable. Would highly recommend this company. I managed to pay twice due to email cross overs and received a call within 10 minutes of payment to advise a refund of one of the payments would be processed.

George was an excellent driver from our home in Wiltshire to an early morning flight from Heathrow. He arrived early and helped pack our bags in the car. We arrived on time after a two hour nap on his car!
