Great Firm, 1st Class Service…
I cannot speak more highly of Jewels Airport Transfers. The administration at the time of booking was excellent and the lady I spoke too was extremely helpful. We were kept informed of the details of our pick up and return drivers as a result one of the many worries incurred on holiday did not happen. The drivers were friendly and professional and we felt safe. Jewels were superb!

Much Better than Others
Driver was professional, courteous and arrived just before requested pick up time at 6am. will be using Jewels again for future airport rides. Previous experience using another airport ride service was not pleasant, this was a refreshing change.

One of the worst and dishonest company…
One of the worst and dishonest company we have ever worked with. Please make sure you do not use them.
Despite of my numerous calls with them regarding one of our colleagues transfer they totally disregarded all our asks and requests, then sent additional payment when we have told them not to do it in the first place. The flight was scheduled to land at 14:05, but landed earlier. Unfortunately the colleages had been held in the plane and also at the passport control. W ehav ebeen requesting the driver not to come in the airport parking unitl the customers are ready, but they did, and then cross charged the fee to us. When questioning this business behavour they just brought excuses and refused any support or understnading.

We are sorry to hear that your experience was not very positive. Please understand that your flight landed early and our drivers will always monitor the flight and come accordingly. The free 1hr waiting starts from the time of landing and the flight landed 45 mins early. Charges are applicable after this on any booking. We have also checked your booking and there were no instructions left for a set collection time and the passenger was uncontactable. Our company policy is for the driver to be in the arrivals hall 15-20 minutes after landing with the hour wait time in mind. If our driver had not been there on time a complaint would have been put forward with regards to their lateness. Our driver arrived as per the flight landing time and it is not feasible for him to just sit in the car park until the passengers are ready without waiting charges being incurred. In this instant neither the company or the driver are at fault and we always try to provide the best possible service.
Fantastic return service from Jewels!
Fantastic return service from Jewels! Had a 4am pick up from Wiltshire to Heathrow in a minibus, which arrived dead on time. Our driver contacted us just before arriving to say he was on time and made sure we was ready. We made it to the airport with time to spare, and actually felt less stressed as we didn't need to park the car and get a shuttle to the terminal as we were dropped right outside the door!
Then our return was at 1230pm on a Sunday, again our driver text to say he was ready, but because our bags were delayed coming off the aircraft, he actually drove to meet us where we exited the airport to save us looking for him. Both drivers were polite and drove safely. Would highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again.

Do not trust
Used twice - each they failed to deliver the Meet & Greet Service, each time I was left hanging around at the airport for 15-20 minutes for the driver to actually arrive, and the last time the car wasn't even the large size ordered to accommodate all the ski luggage making for an extremely tight fit for the trip home. I;ve always believed in giving a person or company a second chance, but I won't go for a third - they cannot be trusted to deliver

It appears that there may have been a misunderstanding, and you were actually looking for a minivan. We regret any confusion this may have caused.
Additionally, we have already processed a refund for the meet and greet service and inconvenience caused due to the driver's negligence. Please rest assured that this matter is being taken very seriously, as the driver’s actions were in violation of our policy. Our cruise ship arrival in Tilbury
