Great service from when we booked Jewell Taxis m, very competitive compared to local firms . They arrived on time in Huntington area, to take us to Heathrow for our holiday and kept us in the loop via email confirming our pickup for our return journey, The cars were immaculate along with professional and smart drivers. I would recommend Jewells and definitely use them again.

Our driver was so professional and lovely. He made sure to provide the car seats we requested and the vehicle was impeccably clean. Would absolutely use this service again to ensure we get to the airport as stress free as possible.

They internally booked the wrong date. Then once I landed took over an hour to get me a driver. Refused to take responsibility for thier mistake until I said would be writing a review. Arrogant and incompetent. NEVER AGAIN

Jewels really helped me out when I needed it. It was 1.30am and I needed a car for 6am that morning, the car I had booked had broken down so I was trying to arrange travel at a silly hour!

They were on hand to help me and were able to arrange a driver for me as such short notice, they really are 24/7!

Booking was easy over Live Chat, the checkout process was secure and fast. The driver arrived 15 min early to ensure he was ready for 6am departure, and the communication was great. The car itself had plenty of room and was clean. The driver was safe and took the fastest route to the airport, he kept me updated on how far away we were and also helped direct me to the departure zone when we arrived at the airport. Above and beyond service, and the pricing is fair.

I used them for a taxi to and from Heathrow from Birmingham area when went on 3 week holiday in Far East. Both ways the drivers were super good. Nice, processional, punctual - all what you'd hope for. All good.

Booking the return flight hit a snag, I paid with my cc but Jewels said the payment didn't go through. I logged in to my cc, all looked good with the payment. Jewles insisted it's my cc fault and I had to phone from my hotel to my cc customer support (imagine the wait time...) and they said all OK on their side. The payment has been accepted but Jewels' payment system failed to pick up the money. However, Jewels insisted the problem was with my cc and it was so frustrating. Jewels made me phone twice to my cc customer support... At the end the fault was with Jewels payment system and they fixed it.

Mistakes happen but instead of automatically blaming anyone else one should rather try to find a solution and be open to look if their own system is in fault..

Going forward, just in case, I'm now booking my taxies with another company.

The driver was waiting for me in the agreed meeting point, the car was really nice and spotlessly clean, the driver was courteous , friendly and very good at his job - and we arrived right on time!

A truly wonderful experience, greeted at arrivals with a smile and clear readable name sign. My driver Vijay was helpful and courteous and assisted me with my bags. The E-Class was spotless and comfortable and the 100 mile journey flew by in no time at all. Vijay was punctual, communicative and a great driver. I would highly recommend this service for future customers.
