Hi, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than expected, however we believe this was in part down to the fact that you placed your order on a Saturday, our delivery estimates do state "2-3 working days", therefore your order would not have been processed until the Monday, as per our delivery terms. However, we would still have expected it to reach you by the Wednesday at the latest, but as you selected the Royal Mail delivery option, this is out of our control once the item has been shipped. Sorry that our service didn't meet your expectations on this occasion, and we hope you are at least happy with the product. Those replacement timer boards are excellent! Kind regards JHarries

Ordered online and a short while later I was phoned to ask when I needed delivery. It was delivered about 3 hours after ordering.
Easy ordering easy delivery, easy connecting it myself.
If you are local to the store make sure you order from them.

I was looking for a particular light…
I was looking for a particular light fighting, in a style which was no longer made. I found a company on line, but sadly the item was discontinued. I searched ebay and all over the internet without any luck.
I had almost given up, when one morning, I just happened to come across J. Harries via their website and they had exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price.
I bought it, which was an easy, stress free process. They then kept me updated via email and dispatched that day (Friday) and to my suprise it arrived by monday or tuesday.
So pleased with the item, which was well packaged and the service. I would definately recommend this company. Thank you 👍😊
