From start to finish Hargreaves staff were there to support. From design, detail, supply and support on dimensions and fitting, Hargreaves were always available to help resulting in 2 beautiful show piece bathrooms which are pleasure to use.

A very good showroom with a wide range of quality bathrooms, which made it very easy with a little help form the staff to pick just what we wanted. Very impressed how time was taken to ensure all of the fiddly bits of accessories, etc. were picked up.

Would highly recommend to anyone with city ideas and Burnley pockets. Just bought another one from them so must have been good the first time around, same friendly experience.

This is the second time we have used James Hargreaves to design and supply a new bathroom. Once again we have found them to be extremely good to deal with. Always pleasant and welcoming on our visits to the showroom, of which there were several, whilst we were trying to decide which products to finally go with!! We are once again very pleased with our new bathroom, their service and after sales service. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have recently had our en-suite bathroom refurbished by James Hargreaves Bathrooms, and the service we received from the company and staff was outstanding. The workmanship and attention to detail of our bathroom fitter is second to none.
We are now planning the refurbishment of our main bathroom with James Hargreaves, and would recommend them without hesitation.

Having looked at various bathroom showrooms where some sales people can't be bothered to get out of their chair it was great to find James Hargreaves Hull! Colette was so helpful and knowledgeable,a pleasure to deal with. Having bought everything for our new en suite including tiles we had no hesitation in going back when we were ready to replace our family
bathroom. Unfortunately Colette was on holiday but Sue the showroom manager was equally as good. Both bathrooms look great, Many thanks you two!

Friendly staff who helped us think through our ideas, listened to what we wanted and produced some great final designs. the recommended installer and his team were brilliant, great care and attention throughout. final outcome a perfect family bathroom + fabulous en suite shower room. we can highly recommend to one and all

Unless you are made aware of this company it would not be an obvious choice. Over the years I have visited most of the advertised companies throughout Teesside and surrounding areas. This is a hidden gem with a great showroom and professional and expert staff. Having been delighted with the refurbishment of a small cloakroom to their design, using similar products and tiling on display, we have been motivated to refurbish a bathroom, designed and supplied by them which turned out great and we soon plan to update an ensuite. Whilst they do not install directly, they have a number of contractors who they confidently recommend. I have used both fitters and tilers, I am very fussy and was very pleased with the standard and value. High end, quality products, competitively priced. Well worth a visit.

From day one James Hargreaves have been very professional in providing Fantastic customer sevice, providing good advice and patience from picking a bathroom suite to giving advice on installation. We have had our main bathroom fitted in Vilroy & Boch, we are having our cloakroom fitted with Imperial and are in the process of having our ensuite disgned. We could not be any happier with the quality. Only criticism is the are not open on a wednesday!!!

We decided we wanted to get our rather dated bathroom changed from top to bottom and started asking around for plumbers/ bathroom equipment suppliers.
We went to loads of places in around our home including checking the web!
One of the sites we found was James Hargreaves in Stockton on Tees.
After looking at many of the "Usual" DIY outfits, We finally went to check out James Hargreaves in Stockton.
I have to say, it was not what we expected, the place was very inviting and once inside we were blown away by the amount of quality bathroom displays along with accessories of all kinds and prices to suit most budgets.
After looking around we then went to ask for advice and met a guy called Carl, he invited us to sit down and talk through what we were looking for, he listened and then suggested we look around based on what we had told him?
His,knowledge and easy laid back approach was nice to see and hear, no pressure of any sort, we also asked if he could recommend any bathroom fitters/plumbers etc which he did in a totally unbiased manner.
We then went home to think about what our next move
Cutting the story short, we revisited James Hargreaves a further 3 times and finally decided to "go for it" we also met another guy called Alan, very similar to Carl, easy going, a good listener and ready to answer any query we had.
We agreed on what we wanted and also rang a few of the bathroom fitters / Plumbers that Carl had recommended, in our case a guy called Scott Walker.
A couple of months down the line we are extremely happy and totally delighted with our new,21st century bathroom.
A great job done by Scott Walker and his team, very slick operation, clean, tidy work force, that along with a terrific customer service experience from Carl and Alan at James Hargreaves in Stockton.
If YOU are in the market for a new bathroom, look no further than James Hargreaves AND Scott Walker, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

From the first visit to the showroom we were given good advice about the products we were interested in .Having chosen we were then kept up to date at all times with the progress, by phone or E mail. Now the work is complete we are delighted with the finished result and the quality of the workmanship in achieving this. Thank you .

We had looked at a couple of bathroom showrooms before going to James Hargreaves. Whilst the others had been disappointing Hargreaves stood head and shoulders above the rest.
The choice of displays was impressive as was the help and advice available.. Nothing was too much trouble. We visited the showroom a few times, changed our minds frequently, but we were always made to feel that it didn't matter, as long as we were happy.
We weren't just happy, we were delighted and cannot recommend them too highly.
The installer, Ross, recommended by James Hargreaves was brilliant. His work was of a very high standard. He left the room immaculate every evening, and was always cheerful and helpful.
We are very pleased with our new bathroom.
