My experience with Jigsaw homes was so quick and seamless. My agent Alison is absolutely wonderful and was so proactive with getting everything ready for me to move into my new place. The entire process was completed in under two weeks! I can’t recommend this company and the lovely Alison enough. I have been renting privately in the UK for 8 years. You’d expect government funded housing processes to be much more arduous than private but in my experience it’s been the complete opposite.
10/10 experience, I am so so pleased with this company and lovely Alison

From the very first phone call we had with Karen, the service we received was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen and she answered every question we had with kindness but still being professional.

I am in utter shock at how quickly we've acquired our much needed bungalow with Jigsaw Homes. Deccan in particular from the first moment we spoke was so reassuring and professional. He dealt with our needs with the upmost respect and care. If his professionalism is a reflection of the company he works for then Jigsaw are an amazing company. Deccan is an absolute asset to them. Declan and the team have been amazing from the start of the process to the handing over off keys, they kept me up to date through out regarding delays etc (new build).

This move has really been thought about. I have 3 children with additional needs and there were a couple of requirements that the house needed to have. Khadeja Bagum is absolutely wonderful at her job. She kindly considered mine and my children’s needs and has gone above and beyond to try to help. I can’t thank her enough as this is going to be life changing. Massively appreciate all the help I’ve received from jigsaw homes.

Jigsaw Homes first contacted me near the end of October, to offer me one of their properties, l had been bidding for local council properties, due to being evicted from my home after living there for 24 years. Unfortunately, l wasn't having any luck, and l guess due to me suffering from epilepsy, l was given first choice. Karen, who has been keeping me updated, came to see me a day or so later, and started the ball rolling, saying the flat would take about 3 - 4 weeks to get ready, and has kept me up to date when necessary. I was delighted when l finally got the call to say the flat was ready on the 27:11:2023

I cannot thank Liaqat Shan enough for all his help and support throughout my journey. It was a struggle finding a suitable accomodation, but he really went out of his way and guided me through each step of the process.
