Absolutely crap quality and customer support

Having bought Jimmy Choo products as gifts before I had found the website to be broken and the customer service to be a bit sketchy. However I am a big shoe collector and as I have several pairs of Louboutins and some Manolo Blahniks I thought I would get a pair of JCs (especially as Britain has so few big fashion names). When they (high top, hiking style boots) arrived I tried them on and when I pulled the laces tight one of the eyelets ripped off the suede upper. Obviously I then contacted support and fell into a seemingly interminable process of sending unrelated photos of the shoes to them and waiting days for feedback. Absolute garbage support for a product that is patently abysmal will not have me coming back for more once I EVENTUALLY get my money back or some replacements. Absolute crap.

Unimpressive Service and Pushy Store Atmosphere

I'm quite disappointed with Jimmy Choo's customer service and the experience at their New Bond Street store in London. The customer service responses were frustratingly slow and didn't address my concerns effectively.

When seeking assistance with items purchased at their physical store, it felt like they were avoiding taking responsibility, which left me dissatisfied.

The in-store vibe was overly pushy and uncomfortable. The staff's intensity made it difficult to shop peacefully. Adding to the frustration was their return policy, offering only store credit, with more emphasis on keeping the money than ensuring customer satisfaction.

In summary, my experience with Jimmy Choo fell short of expectations. Given these issues, I've decided not to shop at Jimmy Choo again. If you're thinking about making a purchase, it might be worth reconsidering, as their commitment to customer happiness seems lacking.

Massive let down

Bought a perfume last Xmas. 'I Want Choo' as a new fragrance for my wife. After only half its use, the puffer detached so can no longer use. Customer service closed me down and referred me to the retailer???? Half a bottle of fragrance wasted.

Best customer service on Bond Street

The customer service at this store was incredible, Giselle was incredible, she had so much brand/product knowledge and was able to guide me towards the right purchase, they definitely earned a loyal customer and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service

I have purchased the lovely Rome/F
White Calf Leather and Champagne Metallic Nappa Low Top Trainers, I have absolutely adored how my feet looked in these, also how well these go with casual outfits and smart casual. Absolutely loved these, but my feet unfortunately didn’t, I couldn’t break the shoes instead I was breaking my feet…
(I have wide feet)
Anyway I was in contact with Customer service a lot, they have responded in timely and professional manner, were very helpful, patient and understanding and at the end resolved the issue with extremely satisfactory outcome.
I seriously cannot praise them enough.
For that reason I will definitely go back to Jimmys!

A perfect shopping experience

Knowledgeable, supportive & fun shopping experience in Bond Street Jimmy Choo. I arranged a shopping appointment with Giselle in the Bond Street shop to help choose shoes for my wedding and it was a wonderful experience. Giselle made it enjoyable for both me and my guests. She gave excellent advice and encouraged me to take some time to think on my final decision. We returned after lunch so excited to make the purchase and certain that I’ll be shopping with Giselle again! Thank you Jimmy choo Bond Street

Bridal appointment at Jimmy Choo New Bond Street, London

Honestly Giselle is the shop assistant to ask for if you’re in London at their flagship store in New Bond Street. I bought my first pair for my wedding and she was so professional and determined to find me the right size (which was the last pair available in the colour I wanted!). Because they were ordered to the shop I was served by her twice and felt really special which is just what you want when you’re a bride to be and these are your first pair of designer shoes. Thanks to her service and kindness I feel like Jimmy Choo has my loyalty for any future special occasions (or if I develop a designer shoe buying habit 😅)

Alessandro at Jimmy Choo Bond street, an executivemanager in the making!

Amazing shoes and outstanding costumer service. Alessandro at the Bind street store in London, went above and beyond to quickly resolve a returns issue.
I have never come across such efficiency and genuine friendliness. I hope high management has an eye on him and he climbs all the way to the top fast. It's people like this that we need in retail!
Thanks Alessandro!😊

I'm so disappointed

I have been fighting with this brand for over a month now. I bought a $5,000 evening clutch and it started falling apart. I have still not reached a resolution. They will not refund and now they have even stopped answering my emails

QVB store - Urgent training needed!

The ladies at the QVB store, Sydney, have absolutely no idea what they are saying or doing!!
Zero customer service skills, zero knowledge of the brand, zero interest in being there!!
They need training, badly!!!
Also, the quality of JC has gone downhill.
An unapologetic disgrace to the brand, either way!

Amazing bridal shoe experience

Today I visited the Jimmy Choo store in Bond Street, London, to look at some heels for my wedding. We booked an appointment and were met by the lovely, kind and knowledgeable Giselle (Gigi). We were taken to a lovely private room with a great range of bridal shoes on display and offered refreshments. Giselle couldn’t do enough for us- getting numerous different shoes, offering her expertise with tips and tricks and being very complimentary. This was such a fun and special experience and it was lovely to celebrate choosing my Jimmy Choo wedding shoes with the glass of champagne offered. If you’re looking for a wedding shoe, I highly recommend this experience- contact Giselle at Bond Street - you won’t regret it! The attention to detail and customer service skills were next to none!

Mione 120 Latte…one use shoes

My partner bough the Mione 120 Latte heels and I wore them for 3 hours at a ceremony. I was truly dissapointed to see that the leather was not the quality I expected. The glue came off the soles on first wear despite Crystal in customer service advising me that no sole protectors were needed:

"Dear Ramona,

Thank you for contacting JIMMY CHOO Customer Services.

I would like to assure you that an application of a protective sole is not mandatory. Our shoes are crafted with utmost attention to detail and quality materials, and are safe to use as they are.

Should the shoes and the soles experience wear & tear with use, we are proud to offer a repair service that can include resoling when necessary. Should that be the case, I warmly invite you to contact me again, and I will be happy to assist accordingly.

Furthermore, I am delighted to hear that you are interested in purchasing a handbag to match with your shoes.

In order for me to advise on the availability of this item, could you kindly provide me with the following information:

- Your current location (City/Country) and contact number
- The date you require the item by

I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Kind regards,
Crystal

JIMMY CHOO Customer Services"

Emails exchange and response was poor of customer service as they did not read the emails properly and requested the same information I have already sent with long delays between replies.

Despite the repair service offered prior to the shoes being worn, now they are not open to support me because the shoes were not bought on their own website.

If you think you are buying good quality, sadly you are paying for overpriced poor quality shoes and shocking customer service.

Never again. Not a luxury product at all but a cheap shoe that is one use disposable.

Never got a follow up

I went to the Bond Street store a week ago as I needed some help with a pair of shoes I bought online. The team was very friendly but when it came to solve my problem:
1- They told me they could not do anything for my issue (the chain in the shoe was a bit tight on around my ankle)
2 They suggested putting Vaseline around my ankle so that the strap won’t hurt. They’re 700£ shoes! Vaseline really?
3 The employee George said that he would call me back with an answer the day after and he never called.
This was all a week ago.
I’ve returned the shoes.
As a Jimmy choo client, I was deeply disappointed.

Extremely poor quality on all three…

Extremely poor quality on all three pairs that I have bought
Wedges:
They have no soft edges on the straps that holds the shoes together (only very sharp metal edges directly sliding up and down the skin), so my angles have been tarred up to blood. I have then chosen to use a bandage on both the angles as well as the toes, as the leather also tares up the toes as well. Annoying using bandage each time I want to wear my shoes.
HOWEVER, besides having sharp metal straps on the angles, the metal straps are only held by a very thin elastic, which is already worn out. If I wear them one more time, the elastic will break, and the shoe are broken as it does not hold it self.
I HAVE WORN THE WEDGES LESS THAN 15 TIMES
Angle boots:
The left heel broke off after only wearing the boots for less than 20 times. I tried to have it repaired but it couldn't be fixed.
Pumps:
The heels are so poorly a quality, so it feels like I step with too much weight to one side, which results in a wrong way of walking. After having worn them for aprox. 40 times, they are now useless.
This should not be the case with such expensive shoes: The heels should be rock solid and provide full support.
I own more than 40 pairs if designer shoes from various designers, and they are all extremely good quality, lasting for many many years. Except Jimmy Choo!

After having bought three pairs from Jimmy Choo, I can rightfully say that it is outrageously expensive for such a poor quality. They should not be categorised as designer shoes and definitely not cost more that an pair of supermarket shoes.

DO NOT BUY JIMMY CHOO

AWFUL customer service.

AWFUL customer service.

Having paid for next day delivery on a pair of shoes for my wife’s birthday, there was no sign of any delivery for 5 days.

Repeated calls and emails to their customer services ended up in them “sending an email to the dispatch department”. It seems that that was their one and only available option to resolve the situation.

In the end, we cancelled the order and went to Harrods who, happily, know how to serve customers.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE unless you fancy winding yourself up for a 10 day period.
